Logement propre et bien situé mais trop cher pour sa superficie, ne serait-ce que 2 m2 en plus aurai

Propreté et situation du logement, services de l agence, climatisation et parking. Convaincre le propriétaire à diminuer son prix car logement très petit (18 m2 pour + de 870€).
