This Platinum residence is set just above Beaver Creek Village and offers vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with two double beds. Additional features include a loft with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds with pullout trundle beds, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate hillside views from the deck, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Great place in a very convenient location!

Loved staying here with friends when we were in town for a wedding. Super easy to check in and walking distance to town!

Amazing location

A true ski in ski out location with comfortable sleeping to fit 12 pretty easily. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and such and the community hot tub/pool are a huge plus. I’d recommend this property to everyone thinking about visiting Beaver Creek

Loved our stay

The layout and location of this condo was fantastic! We loved the Kiva - plenty of space, washer/dryer, kitchen and the on-site pool and hot tubs were a hit for our family. It’s ski in/ski out and a short walk to the village. It was quiet and the on-site management was professional, pleasant and easily accessed. Only feedback I would give would be for a larger coffee maker and more matches/lighters for the fireplace. Otherwise, we had a great time and would highly recommend it to others.
