Beavercreek Beautiful!

Enjoyed a convenient and comfortable stay! Able to walk everywhere within minutes. Connect bus system is amazing! Walked son to ski school in the morning and able to take care of all needs in the village. Condo was clean, comfy, and perfect for our needs!

Charter

The property is a lower level so when people above, you are getting ready at seven in the morning, you’re gonna hear every boot. It looks like when they did the remodel they removed the radiant heat and went with wall units, which are extremely underpowered. Overall, that is a nice property great location.

Hi Brock! We truly appreciate your insight, especially with regard to the heat. This residence was completely remodeled, fall of 2024. The wall units are actually supplemental, not a replacement. I will certainly have this looked at. As for the noise: a certain amount of early morning, powder day "joy" is expected. But when it becomes a nuisance to your quiet enjoyment, pls reach out to us. We will be happy to ask the front desk to remind neighbors that not everyone wants to get up as early or stay up as late. -Accommodations Vail, Avon, CO

Never again

Check in was a huge mess. No one from VRBO was available to help. The condo was dirty, toilet didnt flush, buned out light bulbs, moldy humidifier, towels just thrown in cabinets, unused tiles in the bathroom cabinet. This unit is for sale for 1.8 million...a joke. Place is old and tired. Going through VRBO indtead of The Charter was a mistake. Will not rent from VRBO in Beaver Creek again. The VRBO rep did eventually contact us and apologized. Too little too late.

Location is so convenient and the layout of the unit is perfect for adult couples. There is a very comfortable shared space and private sleeping areas.
