Located in Beaver Creek, this fabulous condo offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and two twin beds, it’s perfect for families or friends traveling together. One bathroom includes shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The second includes a large shower. Guests can enjoy cozy heating throughout the space with a stone fireplace and take advantage of thoughtful touches like hair dryers and humidifiers in each bedroom. Fitness rooms also are available for those who want to stay active and include Peleton bikes. Two hot tubs are open all year round. This welcoming condo provides a marvelous base for your getaway. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Beaver Creek. And you can walk to the Village or hop on the complementary shuttle to go anywhere in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch or Arrowhead Resorts.

Building has a "no pet" policy. Regardless, due to allergies, we do not accept pets.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn thermostat to 50 degrees
Turn off gas fireplace
Make sure TV Remotes are returned to correct TV and TVs turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must provide a copy of driver's license and any vehicle plate numbers to host to obtain indoor parking pass for the building.
Ski equipment stored only in complementary ski locker assigned at front desk check in. Boots, poles skis are not permitted in home or past lobby level
Guest must remit Beaver Creek Resort Taxes/Fees to host and will be invoiced one week b/f arrival including a tax compliance processing fee.
