You can't beat this location for its direct proximity to the Strawberry Park lift. Also, the Beaver Creek Village with shops, restaurants, ice skating rink, and nightlife is right across the street. We also own the unit directly upstairs. If you need more space for a larger group, you can rent both units. VRBO #634445.

Summer is amazing in Beaver Creek! There are so many outdoor activities available such as mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, ATV riding, etc. The weather is great in the summer!

Perfect Trip!

Brett's condo was the absolute perfect location for getting the kids to ski school each morning. The condo was super clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. We will absolutely look to stay here again on future visits!

Our favorite spot by far

We loved our stay and will definitely book again. It’s very close to the strawberry lift and all things in Beaver Creek Village. The condo is very spacious and tons of storage.

Skiing in a postcard

Had a wonderful sunny week with great skiing. Slopes were never busy and the condo was so convenient for skiing and going to the village. Kitchen is well equipped, wood fireplace with wood provided, showers excellent. So easy to move in and out. Hot tub and pool excellent.

great ski getaway!

Our family and in-laws enjoyed the condo. GREAT location for easy ski in/ski out and village access! From the Strawberry lift we had access to green through challenging black runs, perfect for all levels. We even skied over to Bachelors Gulch and had drinks at the Ritz. They also assisted with providing a pack-n-play for our little one which was a very nice convenience! Overall A stay and I hope we can come back again.

Family Ski Trip

The property was very clean and accurate to the description and photos. The host is extremely responsive along with the property management company. The location is fantastic and we'd certainly look to stay here again next year!

Comfortable & Convenient

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Strawberry Park. Jean from Vail Realty was warm and welcoming and took time to give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived. The condo was walking distance to the Beaver Creek village, we easily skied on and off the trail, and my kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. I would stay here again would recommend it to others!

Weekend ski getaway

This was the perfect place for our short trip to Beaver Creek. The location can't be beat (steps away from the Strawberry lift). The condo was spacious and clean. Brett was responsive and Jean (the property manager) was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a hot water dispenser in the sink! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to stay here again.

The family and I have been coming back to Beavercreek for many many years. Kids are older, and now I come back with friends. Bretts condo, is a true ski in ski out…… maintained perfectly, very clean, and just the overall experience is awesome. We have been renting form Brett for many years.

Great ski trip

We really enjoyed this property at Strawberry Park. The ski in/out was great with the lockers helpfully located near the skier exit. The pool and hot tub were great. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Even being at street level we had almost no noise, certainly nothing that would interrupt a good night’s sleep. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We look forward to returning sometimes soon!

Amazing Location and Great Unit!

This is an amazing unit, with all the amenities and great large space for families. You literally can't find a better location. It is in the middle of the village and a true ski-in/ski out. Jane the manager and Brett the owner were great. A really nice, well kept, secure building. Great gym, pool, jacuzzi and ski room. Highly Recommend.

Easy walk across the street to the village. Multiple options for ski in and out. Clean and well appointed. Loved the heated floor in the bathrooms! Could use some different pillows. Excellent ski apartment

This is a perfect ski-in/out apartment in Beaver Creek. It is right on an express lift, and the building has ski storage and a spacious hot tub and heated pool. It is well furnished and appointed, with a great living/dining room area. There were 6 of us, and we did not feel crowded. The owner is friendly, helpful and accommodating, as is the property manager. I definitely would return.

You won’t be disappointed

This has to be the perfect property to stay at. Location is amazing. You have strawberry park on the backside of the property in the front side of the property you can literally walk a couple hundred yards and get right on the main lifts. The condo is renovated, clean, and very comfortable to spend a vacation in. I would highly recommend this unit. Brett is a great owner. This is our second stay with Brett.

This place was perfect for us. Gated covered parking garage, 1st floor access to condo, condo was furnished and stocked very well. Beds were very comfortable and private bathrooms for each room with heated floors! Showers were excellent with great water pressure and hot water. Ski lockers on the 4th floor were so convenient to get ski boots on and walk right out the door to the Strawberry lift. Everything was close and convenient and let us focus on skiing. First time to Beaver Creek, but will not be our last. We will be back and will stay here!

Amazing condo, perfect location

This property has it all and the position is fantastic. Very roomy, neat, clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items with a full size fridge. The beds are comfy and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. There is a gym in the complex as well as hot tub, sauna and pool. All very well maintained and clean. Being able to ski in/ski out was the ultimate as it allowed for everyone to come and go as they pleased and the ski lockers are on the same level. You are across the road from the village and bus stop which takes you to Avon or Vail Ski Resort which makes it very easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed each night by the fire which is very well stocked with wood. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo. It was an amazing property and thanks to Brett for his prompt response to my questions. Beaver Creek was everything and more we had hoped for.

Ski Weekend in Beaver Creek

We had the most amazing time the last 3 days in Beaver Creek. This condo was perfect! It was the perfect size and perfect location. Walking outside and having the strawberry park lift steps away made for an easy teip to candy cabin and mc coy park. A short walk across the street or over the pedestrian bridge and we were in the center of the action downtown beaver creek. We were across the street from ski rentals as well. The property manager was great and made sure we knew our way around. Any questions we had about the property and parking the owner Brett answered very promptly. Our only not big issue was the sheet on the pullout couch was dirty. No big deal for us we were running to town anyway so grabbed a sheet. We could have asked the property manager but it was later in the evening and to is it wasn't a big deal. We were heading to Walmart anyway. I know they would have had a clean sheet to us but we didn't feel like bothering anyone so that's on us. We were surprised to see a small cot in the kids bedroom which was awesome because none of our kids had to share a bed. We only found one blanket so when we ran to Walmart we also grabbed a blanket so we could utilize the pullout and cot. Again...that was our choice to grab the blanket ourselves at the store. We also loved getting to soak in the hot tub, and heated pool after skiing and even using the sauna. Words can't express how great our weekend was. Our kids keep saying this was the best vacation yet!! I would come here again and stay without any reservations. It was quite simply the perfect vacation getaway for our family!

We have been visiting this condominium for many years, and fell in love with the location immediately. We had been to many ski resorts in the past, but could not beat the location of this building. So, we finally gave in and purchased a condo at our favorite ski resort in 2014 - VRBO #634445. We purchased this unit #101 in 2021 directly below the existing unit for additional space for our family.
