Perfect location

This house was very clean, updated, had all the supplies you need (grill, blender, coffee makers, etc, chairs and umbrella for beach, bikes). Best of all though is the location on the beach. Can’t be beat!

Location was perfect! It’s not a crowded area so at times we almost had the beach to ourselves. It was perfect for 4 adults and a baby. The proximity to the beach was great with a baby as well. It seemed like an older house that had some recent updates that were well done, but could still tell it was an older house. No complaints!

Great Family Christmas Gathering

Spacious, beachfront, convenient, well equipped, Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time and will be returning. My only suggestion is it would have been nice if the property had a burn permit so we could have had a beach bonfire.

Goodnight Dune and Ocean Reef are AMAZING

Ocean Reef is the only place to rent from in the Destin/Santa Rosa Beach/30-A area. The houses are like being home. Everything you need is there. They are clean, modern and vacation ready. Their houses on the 30a beachfront have become our family tradition. We feel at home in their rentals and the staff is beyond welcoming and helpful.

Perfection! This was our first time staying in Dune Allen Beach and we couldn’t have been happier with the Goodnight Dune! The layout is perfect for 1-2 families. We’re a family of 4 with 10&13 year old boys. It was just the 4 of us and we were spoiled with extra room. Could have easily had two families. The family room layout is wonderful, 2 large couches and the most amazing view! There was no fight for a spot on the beach as the beachfront in front of the house is totally private & large! The lake across the street made for some wonderful fishing and activity for our boys! This house is amazing and well worth it!
Goodnight Dune…dreamiest little beach house that makes you feel right at home and looks like a straw hat!

Our Stay 2024

This property is perfect. The location is perfect. The appliances are great and the dishes, silverware, glasses are plenty. The beach was amazing. We spent almost every day on the beach. We only ate out 2 out of 7 nights. A short walk to the village has so much to offer as. We went to the Gularium and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. The whole time, this property is like a 2nd home. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable vacation!!!

Great location but expected a bit more for the price

This property is very clean and a perfect location. We enjoyed the quiet beach front situated between two public areas. The amenities are very minimal(only 2 beach chairs, no hand towels). Upon our arrival, we discovered the grill had an empty propane tank. Also a safety concern with loose deck railing. The master bed was uncomfortable - noisy & lumpy. For the price, we expected a bit more.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful property inside and out, and had exactly what we needed. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the beds were so comfortable! We couldn’t ask for anything more than that view and proximity to the beach ! Thank you so much!
