Goodnight Dune is a Gulf-front home located in Scenic Highway 30A’s Dune Allen Beach that has incredible views—the kind you can’t get enough of morning and night. This vacation home has four bedrooms, two baths, an open floorplan, a wraparound balcony, private beach access, and views of the beach and Oyster Lake. It can entertain up to ten Emerald Coast vacationers.

Glass windows and doors surround the open floorplan, making the living area seem even brighter and more welcoming. On one side of the living room, there is a wraparound couch, tropical accent chair, patterned rug, and rustic coffee table. The other side features a beige cushioned couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV. The glass doors ensure beach vistas fill the living room all day long, so you won’t ever forget that you’re on vacation! Outside, the deck includes lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a grill. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the salty air, sea breezes, coastal sounds, and the casual company of your fellow vacationers. Back indoors, the vinyl floor flows gracefully from the living room into the dining area. The dining room has a honey-toned hardwood table with bench seating. The adjacent kitchen features quality appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.

The home’s master suite boasts a king-size bed, TV, coastal art, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, and access to the wraparound balcony. One guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the final bedroom is a bunkroom with a full/twin bunk and twin trundle bed. The guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath.

When you book a stay at this Dune Allen beach home, you get to enjoy all the conveniences that this community has to offer. First of all, the home itself has a walkover that leads directly to the crystalline beach. You can find yourself lounging on the sand or soaking in the emerald waves seconds after leaving the house. Oyster Lake is also only a short distance away, where vacationers can spend time fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply enjoying the scenery. Gulf Place is a nearby village center with restaurants, galleries, and shops, as well as a grassy, open-air amphitheater that hosts seasonal outdoor concerts and festivals. Other villages on 30A offer all kinds of restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries, and recreational activities that can elevate your beach vacation.
