As you enter the villa, you'll notice the tiled floor in the entry and kitchen area, providing a clean and modern feel. The kitchen features a beautiful Corian countertop with bar seating for 2, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. All appliances have been recently updated, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a microwave, a flat top range, a dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring all the comforts of home.

In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa, a love seat, a swivel chair, end tables with lamps, and a coffee table. For your entertainment, there's a flat-screen TV, a VCR, and a DVD player. The dining room table is adorned with a lighted ceiling fan above. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a TV, a computer table with wireless internet access, and a lighted ceiling fan with a remote control. The master bathroom has been recently updated and includes a new shower with a seat and a handicap grab bar.

The second bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, and a lighted fan with remote control. The adjoining bathroom offers a bathtub and shower for your convenience.

Step onto the large balcony directly overlooking the gorgeous beach, where you'll find two lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sun. We've also provided a folding clothes rack for your convenience. So, come and enjoy the breathtaking views and unwind in this oceanfront paradise.
