30 minutes from Rennes towards Saint-Brieuc, a beautiful, detached 250-square-meter property set in a large, landscaped, and enclosed 1,700-square-meter garden. <br>We look forward to welcoming you to this lovely setting. Our fully furnished and equipped holiday rental is the ideal place to enjoy relaxing moments with family or friends. Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy indoor activities in our large game room, relax outdoors in our pool, or play pétanque on a large pétanque court. <br>NEW! Starting in early October, the house will feature a 5-person spa installed indoors in a dedicated room. <br>The house’s location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Eastern Brittany. It is located 37 km from Dinan, 65 km from Val André, 90 km from Vannes, 86 km from Mont Saint-Michel, and 66 km from Saint-Malo.<br>The town of Saint-Meen-le-Grand, with all amenities, is 3 km away.<br><br>The house is designed to provide a pleasant setting for up to 12 guests. <br>On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a spacious 108 m² area with a bright living room opening onto a large terrace with direct access to the heated pool (dimensions: 9 m x 4.5 m, depth: from 1.20 m to 1.80 m at the deepest point) and a kitchen that opens onto the living area. The pool is closed from the end of September and will reopen at the end of May.<br>Two adjoining living rooms offer different atmospheres: a cosy space centred around a large coffee table and a TV for relaxation, and a trendy space featuring a game room with a 3-meter bar, foosball, darts, and board games. <br>The master suite consists of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a work area, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.<br>We’ve just added a 5-person spa (180x180) to our home. It’s installed in a dedicated indoor room!<br>In the laundry room, you’ll find additional appliances—such as an oven, hob, and refrigerator—to complement the kitchen.<br><br>Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its own small private bathroom, a landing area converted into a reading nook, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and an 80x190 bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. <br>Secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles.
