Property in a lovely quite place but close to towns and adventure parks for the children.( all within 15 to 30 mins drive)Swimming pool and large gardens for the children to play in were amazing. With playhouses and bikes and plenty of toys for use.Our one and only down side to the property was the tight steep spiral staircase for both children and adults.

Wonderful house in quiet surrounding

We loved already the first moment when we arrived. The huge gardens are so lovely for a family, with swings for the little ones and table tennis and trampoline for the older ones and of course a lot of lawn for ball games. The pool is wonderful, you can close it for a warm indoor swimming or open it easily when the weather is nice. The house is beautiful, well equipped and immediately lets you feel the Bretagne Charme. The hosts are just wonderful, very good communication and always immediately there to help and to give tips. That made the start of our vacation very easy. Evran itself is a nice quiet village, with a good boulangerie and a supermarket with everything you need. The canal is beautiful to go running or walking and the sea and sights are easy to reach within less than an hour (St. Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Mont St. Michel etc.). So in summary, it was a perfect vacation for your family and we enyojed it a lot!

Perfect family holiday

Photos don’t do this place justice. Spacious, comfortable house. Pool is brilliant. Surrounded by fields and countryside. Property is very well equipped. Owners parents live at the entrance to the lane and are so helpful and generous. We had a wonderful time.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite parfaitement adapté pour la famille recomposée que nous sommes : 2 ados et 2 jeunes enfants et 1 couple. Tout est prévu pour que l'on passe un bon séjour, la literie est très bonne, la propreté impeccable et la maman de notre hôte très gentille, disponible et qui nous a apporté ses précieux conseils pour nos visites. Magnifique cottage calme et reposant, séjour splendide

Le cottage est très confortable et parfaitement équipé. L'endroit est calme et reposant, dans la campagne mais également près des commerces de proximité. Il y a un local à vélos et de nombreux portiques pour les enfants. Les lieux sont propres et les propriétaires très accueillants.

Petit tout en Bretagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour séjour en Bretagne Nous avons visité Dinan , le port son château ... Avons passé une magnifique journée à Dinart ville magnifique avec une superbe promenade et ses piscines d eau de mer !!! Les enfants ont adoré Sommes allés visiter le fort Lalatte puis le cap frehel ,dommage que la pluie était au rendez vous car il est possible de rejoindre ses deux endroits par un chemin cela aurait été sympa mais conditions météo pas terrible du tout ce jour là !!! Sinon le cottage est ravissant très confortable La literie est excellente Les parents de Virginie nous ont très bien accueillis Merci pour leur gentillesse En un mot super séjour Au plaisir de revenir Veronique & Christophe

Réservation faite pour passer la nouvelle année, nous avons trouvé un endroit accueillant et confortable, dans un secteur calme, très proche de Dinan. Sans doute encore plus agréable en période estivale avec l'espace extérieur. Je recommande.

Excellent from all perspectives

A great house on the country with plenty of space for kids to play. Yet close to pretty Evran which is very convenient for groceries. Ideally positioned to visit St Malo and Mt st Michel and a short ride from Dinan. We also loved the fireplace which we used every night. Check in with Virginie’s mother and Virginie’s responsiveness to each request has been outstanding. Thanks a lot for everything and we will be really hope to be back very soon.

Nous avons choisi cette location pour son jardin au calme dont on a bien profité, et notamment nos deux petites chattes un peu craintives. Les chambres privatives avec lit deux places, et les vélos (même si le temps n'a pas été trop de la partie), étaient des bonus appréciables. Encore merci aux propriétaires, et leurs parents, pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, et leurs petites attentions (merci beaucoup pour les fruits et légumes bio de leur jardin). 4 jours pour un noël magique!! L endroit,la maison,les prestations font de cet endroit un paradis... Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce moment ainsi que mes 2 fils et nos 2 chiennes!le temps a été fabuleux et tout du long ensoleillé. La maison est très bien équipée à tout points de vue,on ne manque de rien une fois les valises posées vous dépaysé. Merci à Virginie son mari et sa maman pour leur gentillesse,leur disponibilité,leur bienveillance ce sont des hôtes qui ont le sens de l accueil et qui mettent tout en œuvre pour vous faire passer un très bon séjour. This is truly a home away from home.

This is truly a home away from home, with all the facilities that you may require for a wonderful stay in the countryside. The hosts, who live a couple of minutes away, were welcoming and caring, and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Everyday they gave us fresh tomatoes out of their vegetable garden, mowed the gigantic back lawn so we could play some chip and putt golf, and brought us a giant pot when they found out we were cooking crab. They were never intrusive, but always at hand to help out. Our two small children had the time of their lives, either playing in the massive garden or on the swings and toys that are readily available. The surrounding villages are also stunning with lots to see, do and of course - drink and eat. The house and area surpassed our expectations and we will definitely come back.

Lovely Country Home
