Large detached house 180 m2

independent house located in the countryside in a very quiet environment for 10 people 30 km from the beaches (Saint Malo), 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 15 minutes from Dinan medieval city.
The house (200 m2), large restored farmhouse with outbuildings, has an enclosed courtyard, a garden and grounds.
the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms and kitchen, wifi internet access, TV with satellite reception (canal + channels, eurosport, being sport)

A tourist tax is to be paid by the tenant at the end of the stay to the owner.
The amount is € 0.50 per adult per night. Free for minors.
A deposit of 400 € is requested upon entering the premises in the form of a cashier's check not cashed and returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damage.

Cette maison de vacances est bien plus qu'une simple maison de vacances ; c'est un véritable chez-soi. La cuisine est équipée de plus d'ustensiles que chez soi. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un agréable coin repas et une table de ping-pong. Le jardin regorge d'herbes aromatiques fraîches et nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux miel provenant des abeilles derrière la maison. Merci pour cela. La maison offrait également beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité pour toute la famille. Les villes environnantes, dont la belle Dinan, sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. La maison était parfaite pour nous.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la campagne mais néanmoins proche des commodités ;le gîte correspond complètement au descriptif et nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille et avec un fils en télé travail ; bien situé nous avons profité de l' environnement du gîte. (Canal Ille et rance , Dinan ect)Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous avons apprécié son mielNous recommandons ce gîte

Hébergement à 25 minutes de la noce, nous avons pu en profiter pour se retrouver parents, enfants et petits enfants. Gite pour 8 couchages et 2 matelas on été ajouté pour 2 enfants. Rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant. Mr Fauvel nous a même permis d'arriver à 13h00 pour pouvoir nous préparer. Il est très arrangeant. Il est vrai que nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps au gite qui a des extérieurs très agréables et qui est riche en équipements: cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, congelateur...

Maison très belle extérieurement dans un cadre bucolique Accueilli par un charmant monsieur qui a la gentillesse de nous offrir un pot de miel maison excellent Si nous devions donner juste un petit conseil, ce serait de donner un petit coup de modernité et de gaité à l’intérieur de la maison
