Superbe bastidon idéalement placé

Idéal pour des vacances en famille, toutes commodités a proximité et accès à pied à la calanque des anglais + piscine collective bien entretenue. L’accès au logement s’organise avec un service de conciergerie flexible sur les horaires. Logement propre, bien équipé et bien entretenu.

Schlafzimmer im Keller, schlechter Start, mirserables Ende

Was aus der Beschreibung leider nicht hervorging: es gibt nicht 3 Schlafzimmer, sondern nur 2 und diese befinden sich im sehr feuchten und ca. 1.70m hohen Keller, 1 Zimmer ohne Tageslicht (Bettzeug ist feucht, selbst wenn man es tagsüber in die pralle Sonne legt), alles riecht modrig, 3 Familienmitglieder konnten nur gebückt stehen. Ein Doppelbett befindet sich auf einer nur mit Vorhang abgetrennten Galerie. Für 8 Personen ist das Haus von den Schlafmöglichkeiten her definitiv nicht ausgerichtet, auch wenn es ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, Geschirr etc. gibt. Garten und v.a. der Meerblick sind top, unser Meerblick und Blick auf die Mieterfahrung wurde leider v.a. durch die extrem unfreundliche Persoon vor Ort getrübt, die im Auftrag des Vermieters die Übergabe vor Ort übernommen hatte: sie wollte 1.500 € Kaution und hat nicht akzeptiert, dass wir bei Wäsche- und Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 180 € das Haus sauber, gesaugt und gewischt hinterlassen, aber nicht bereit waren, die Schränke auszuputzen oder die Fenster zu reinigen. Wir wurden aufs Übelste beschimpft und haben trotz mehrfacher Anrufe bis heute keine Rückmeldung dazu von FeWo direkt. So endet unser Urlaub voller Ärger und Enttäuschung.

Nous sommes bien désolés que vous n'ayiez pas su apprécier notre Bastidon, que nous nous sommes efforcés d'aménager du mieux possible pour fournir à nos hôtes un cadre de vacances agréable. La 3ième chambre fait 1,82m de hauteur et non 1,70m. Le Bastidon est par ailleurs très spacieux (115 m2) avec 3 chambres dont 2 très grandes et un grand salon de 50 m2, prolongé de 2 terrasses et d'un jardin, avec une magnifique vue Mer. Nous demandons à tous nos locataires une caution de 1500€ que nous rendons à la fin du séjour si il n'y a pas de dégat. Nous vous avons juste demandé de remettre les meubles à leur place et de vider les poubelles et non de faire le ménage qui était inclus dans votre paiement. Nous comptons 90€ pour le ménage et 90€ pour la fourniture et le lavage des draps et serviettes. Nous avons déjà reçu de nombreux amis qui ont tous été enchantés de notre Bastidon, de sa magnifique vue Mer, du calme de la résidence avec sa très grande piscine (25m x 10m), de son cours de tennis, dans une pinède au pied du massif de l'Esterel avec ses roches rouges, à 300 mètres de la mer.
