Bon séjour mais
Maison bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer plusieurs mais des points important à revoir
- Regarder si l'eau chaude fonctionne avant l'arrivée des locataires
- Refaire un brin de ménage avant l'arrivée des locataire ( araignée vivante dans les draps )

Effectivement je me suis excusé auprès de vous Maximilien pour ce problème d'eau chaude.
Ayant changé de fournisseur d'électricité, celui-ci n'avait pas mis les heures creuses dans mon contrat, ce qui explique que le ballon d'eau chaude n'a pas fonctionné.
D'autre part je viens juste d'avoir le nouveau contrat,donc quand je suis venu faire le ménage jeudi dernier j'avais encore de l'eau chaude.
Ceci dit, je tiens compte de cette remarque pour être plus vigilant les prochaines fois.
D'autre part,quand j'ai refait le lit jeudi dernier il n'y avait pas d'araignées dans les draps.
Petite parenthèse en parlant d'hygiène, il me semble important que tous hôtes sont tenues de laisser des toilettes propres après leur passage(petite baleillette à disposition)
La maison est nettoyée chaque fois qu'un hôte passe.
Pour votre accueil il y avait victuailles et tout confort je pense.
