Everything regarding the description and pictures are true and accurate. The property is very clean and a high specification and fully equipped. Its a perfect base for exploring France and Belgium Ardennes. We would have no hesitation in returning again.

Tolles, großes Ferienhaus

Schönes, modernes Ferienhaus mit 4 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern und einem Raum mit Klappbett neben dem Wohnzimmer. Alles war sauber und die KĂŒche ist großzĂŒgig mit Geschirr und KĂŒchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die obere Etage ist etwas hellhörig. Wir haben schöne 4 Tage mit 3 Generationen hier verbracht. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort ist fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Tolle Wanderungen in der nĂ€heren Umgebung möglich.

Un semaine passée à Sedan à l'occasion de la foire commerciale. Nous avons eu le plaisir de nous réunir le soir entre collÚgues dans cet hébergement spacieux, au calme et trÚs bien équipé. Une semaine en déplacement qui avait un air de vacances.

Great holiday house

A great stay here for us. We are 4 motorcyclists so have fairly specific requirements and this house fit the bill. Secure electric gates and a spacious drive to park the bikes (not under cover). House is spacious with good size rooms and is well equipped. Patio area is great for BBQs. Sedan is a 5 minute walk and has plenty of bars.

Es war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation hat Dank Google Übersetzer sehr gut geklappt. Die Antwort kam innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Das Objekt war in Natur schöner wie auf den Bildern. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super. Immer wieder gerne.

Gutes Urlaubshaus um mit Freunden zu verreisen

Die Kommunikation mir der Vermieterin etwas schwierig da sie nur gebrochen Englisch spricht, es hat trotzdem relativ gut funktioniert. Das Haus und die Umgebung war top. Man kommt zu Fuß in die Stadt und an die Burg.

Fijn ruime villa

Toch nog even naar het buitenland voor een extra vakantiegevoel! Super net en mooie villa. Zeer nette badkamers en slaapkamers . Bedden sliepen ook heerlijk. Werden bijna elke ochtend gewekt door het getrippel van een eekhoorntje die hazelnootjes aan het verzamelen was uit de hazelaar naast onze kamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Staafmixer had voor het bakken van onze appelcake handig geweest, maar met garde ging het ook prima 😁. Een paar puntjes mbt de inrichting: gang op de boven verdieping is erg donker. Er zijn wel lampen, maar dan gaan er gelijk drie op een rij aan
. Een soort schemerlampje zou handig zijn. Opstap/afstap in de gang zou evt met kleurstrip of led lampjes gemerkt kunnen worden. Groot stuk grond voor/naast de villa. Jammer dat er zo veel betegeld is. Zou dmv wat meer planten/bloemen opgevrolijkt kunnen worden. Jammer dat er geen zwembad aanwezig was met de hitte golf die er was
. Het gras naast de oprit/patio leent zich daar heel goed voor
! Al met al top verblijf!

Great base

This was an excellent base for our stay in France, which also allowed us to see both Luxembourg and Belgium. The property is spacious, clean and modern and our family felt very much at home here. Rebecca was always very prompt in returning our messages and left us a beautiful welcoming gift. The weather was particularly hot and we did have to buy a couple of fans for the rooms but this was a minor issue. Would happily recommend this house for any family staying in the area.
