Beautiful Property

Loved our stay at The Pelican! Home was clean plenty of room for the 6 of us, when we weren’t out exploring we enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal, swimming and bbq’ing at the house. Would stay again if we ever visit Cape Coral.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect! The communication with Andrea was excellent. The house was clean and had extras that made the stay feel like home. There were 6 of us staying for 8 nights. We will definitely be staying there again if we go back!

April in Cape Paradise

We have been spending a wonderful time at Cape Paradise for many years. We get excited as April approaches and we start getting ready for our trip to Cape Coral. There is something we love about Cape Paradise. It's location of course but it's a home away from home if but for a short period of time. It's a place where family and friends marvel and enjoy it's many amenities. Thank you for the attention to detail and the prompt service that is there whenever needed.

This home is amazing!!! We brought our 6 month old granddaughter and this home was SO clean. We were greeted and made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Andrea was so responsive and helpful! This home is in a great location…also a very nice neighborhood. We biked and walked the baby everyday. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and plan to be back!

Wonderful Retreat

We have stayed here two years in a row for four weeks each. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views right on a canal with a wonderful pool. The house is well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation for small or large families. We would have rented it again if it was available.

Cape Coral’s best equipped Vrbo!

We had a great time. Beautiful property with literally everything you could need. I really appreciated that they thought of everything from foil and spices in the pantry to hair dryers and tons of dishes and kitchen knives. Great bedrooms and kitchen and the pool was a blast.

This home was immaculate. They have everything you need and more in the home. It was very clean and had a "new home" smell and feel. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice.We have stayed in several vacation homes and this is the best experience we've had by far.

Awesome vacation place

We were in town for our daughters wedding and need a special place. This was a perfect home for us. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The master bathroom was perfect for the bride and maid of honor to get ready! Overall the place was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We definitely will be back.

Great January getaway

This home was more than expected! Beautifully decorated, clean home has everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. Bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen, laundry and bathrooms fully equipped with basics and then some, lovely pool area with basket of towels at the ready, and 3 kayaks for cruising the canals. Close to grocery, restaurants and activities while neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. Would definitely like to come back!

Great venue

The property was as advertised. Very new and beautiful. We enjoyed.our stay very much as we stayed for a month. Pool and canal setting made it a perfect tropical paradise. All the amenities you need and then some. We are renting again for next year. Could suggest a hand rail on the pool for getting in and out and for guests bath tub. Overall A+

This house is beautiful! It was clean and well stocked! This host has thought of everything! There was floats for little ones, crib, even a high chair! Amazing Accommodations

There is absolutely nothing bad to say… exceptional house with exceptional amenities. My family and I were extremely happy. Loved all the personal touches from having the basic necessities for a house, such as toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, etc… my oldest daughter said she felt like she was at home with how comfortable she felt. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for hosting my family and I. Additionally, thank you for making this space so wonderful.

Wonderful!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The photos provided upon booking our stay were exactly what we experienced. The house came with so many amenities for our 14-month old (i.e., crib, high chair, stroller, pool floaties, etc) which was super convenient. The home was very clean and the property manager, Charlie, was awesome to work with. He stopped in the day after we arrived to give a run down of the pool and even provided us with beach recommendations. The area was great and we went on walks through the neighborhood everyday. We had no complaints and would definitely book with Andrea and her team again. 10/10 experience!
