Girls Trip

My 4 daughters and I had a wonderful stay! It was a great place to take a girls trip! Our suite was amazing , exactly like the pictures! We love staying at the Fontainebleau! The staff is always very helpful & kind. We are looking forward to our next trip back!

Fantastic! Location perfect, view breathtaking, very clean only issue was checking in. Arrived at 4:30 and got into room after 6pm. That said, we had a great time and loved the suite.

Ideal location

If you’re looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everywhere, you want to be, convenient to get to and from, with beautiful scenic views , access to the beach , multiple pools, and a grown and sexy vibe. This is the place for you. Our stay was very comfortable, and the resort itself is very accommodating.

Worst stay for the money I spent.

The placed smelled like mold. Everything was dirty. Carpet is old and smelled. The cabinets under the sinks are rotten. All the furniture had stains. I checked out early and booked something else because I kept wondering if the sheets and pillows cases are cleaned properly. The resort area is great but the waitress at the pool had attitude issues.

Unit was not clean

The unit was not clean. There was hair in the shower and the tub had water and hair in it upon arrival. The unit needed painted and there was a huge ceiling leak stain in the bathroom with unfinished dry wall.

Lack of upkeep and Cleanliness

This unit had plenty of space for our family and had an awesome view overlooking part of the beach as well as the city. The location right next to the elevator was convenient, and the large balcony was nice as well. Our first impression walking in upon arrival, was that the unit had an unpleasant smell. As we settled in, we were disappointed in how dirty the entire unit was. From kitchen surfaces, appliances, furniture, walls, floors, curtains, etc. Our feet were grey with dust from walking on the floors in this place…it was honestly the dirtiest rental I have ever stayed in at this price range. I would expect to walk into a much more presentable space, paying this much money. I would not stay at a rental at Fontainebleau again, instead I would rent through the hotel as I did on my previous trip. The hotel itself does a much better job with upkeep of their rooms.

Perfect Stay

Excellent stay, from the search/booking, to writing this review now. --Unit was exactly as represented, and actually exceeded expectations. --We originally searched for an ocean-front unit, but the view from this unit cannot be beat...ESPECIALLY at night! The online pics can't do it justice. Unit faces due north, so you do not get to see the Miami downtown skyline, but the view up Miami Beach/Collins Ave and the ocean/intracoastal activity is fantastic. We spent quite a bit of time at the end of each night just relaxing on the patio. --All resort personnel were fantastic and every transaction was pleasant. They truly made us feel appreciated to be there.

Would stay here again. Great view, just as advertised. There are additional cleaning fees and taxes that arent super obvious before you book. They made these fees clear to us after we booked, but before arrival.
