Welcome to our privately owned Lake House! Each of the four bedrooms has a King size bed and a master bathroom (shower/tub double sink and toilet) attached for maximum comfort and privacy. A hide-a-bed couch sleeps two more. On the top deck, enjoy our gas grill and lounge furniture to sit or lay in the sun with glimpses of Lake Cumberland through the wooded lot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book, or have a glass of wine under the covered front porch in a rocking chair or on the relaxing porch swing. Take the party downstairs where a large 65” television with streaming service and a Blue Ray/DVD player are available. A coinless arcade has 300 classic games to choose from. There is an indoor kid’s clubhouse for children to play. Open the back-patio door to a large screened in porch that features an easily accessible step down into 6 person hot tub.

This house has everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of space for 2 families. The kids loved the basement and the arcade games. The deck and hot tub were wonderful too.

Perfect Place to Relax

Every year we do a vacation with another family! This stay was perfect for us! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids ages 4-13 loved the little clubhouse and all the games! This cabin was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of 9!

Perfect Getaway for Girls Weekend

The 4 master bedrooms with ensuite baths were perfect for our group. The well stocked kitchen has a great pantry, and the owner is great to supply all the paper products needed including spices and basic cooking needs. Communication was great, and the property was very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Very relaxing 2021 family Trip

The house is amazing all kinds of room. We had 9 people and we never felt like we were ever cramped. We enjoyed the Hot Tub. The home is very clean. We ate a t a few local spots why we were visiting. Overall we had a perfect stay.

We love everything about this place. The location is awesome. It’s easy to get to you. It’s easy to communicate with the owner. We stayed here our first time visiting the lake the second year it was available and we were very disappointed and this year we were able to rent and we were very happy with our stay.

What is very nice about the house the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies the house is very clean every bedroom has its own master bath which is supplied with bath towels the screened-in porch and the hot tub made it extra special and the outside view was beautiful I have no complaints about this house at all our stay was wonderful.

The perfect family getaway!

This is the first family vacation we've had with our daughters, new son-in-laws and grandbaby. We want to make this a tradition and could not have been happier with our stay. The only thing we wished we had was a little more parking space and a fire pit. Other than that- it was an amazing, warm and cozy place that was very clean and had everything we needed- truly felt like home away from home. We are hoping to make this spot and annual stay!

I picked this place so that our group of 4 couples could all have appx the same bedroom/bathroom accomodations. We then planned 5 days of golf around the location which was a bit tricky as we had to drive a bit for a couple of courses. Enjoyed coming back to our place each day. Host was great...

We enjoyed our stay, it was a very nice cabin with plenty of room, King beds were a big plus and everyone enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. It was just a bunch of friends hanging out at a cabin so we did not have any children with us but if you are planning on staying with kids there are some safety concerns (biggest one is the deck rails have big gaps and is up super high). The hot tub is in the deck which looks really nice but it was a bit tricky to get into it since it did not have anything to hold onto while stepping into it. It was pretty peaceful there and the leaves were starting to change which was really nice. We had all the basics that we needed and loved the multiple types of coffee makers. Something that was not a huge deal for us but might bother some is that you have to transport the garbage in your car to a dumpster and not a trash can/cage outside the cabin. Overall it was a well put together, very clean, nice amount of space with lots of bathrooms and big beds.

High end living with a stellar view

What a beautiful property this was! We loved the ensuite bedrooms and the high end finishes in the kitchen and throughout. The arcade game in the lower level was a special treat and the view from the deck is to die for. Hopefully we'll be back!

High School sweethearts, Bob & I married in 2000 and have a son, Nathan. We grew up and live in a suburb of Cincinnati. Bob works in law enforcement and I am a dental hygienist. Among our dreams was to one day own a vacation home. In 2020 we were blessed to realize that dream.

Why they chose this property

Over the last few years we have been renting homes in Cumberland Resorts with our closest friends. We loved the views, the pools, the lake, the people, and the many nearby things to do.

When we decided to pursue our vacation home goal, the beautiful Cumberland Resorts was at the top of our list. During a weekend rental with our friends, we were out for a walk in the resort when we met a nice couple on their front porch. They mentioned they would consider selling and gave a tour of the home. This chance encounter resulted in the vacation home we always dreamed of.
