Cleanliness issues, dishwasher was not working. Cleanliness was resolved the next day and dishwasher issue took 2 days to get resolved. The instapot did not have inside cooking pot. The icemaker lid didnt shut properly and looked like small spots of mold inside. Understand home had severe water damage which was repaired prior to our renting home and think home just hasn't had time to get back to full potential. Resort personal were very responsive to the issues. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Great place for your large group

Its a great spot for a large group. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they worked. We enjoyed the pool and the gas grill was very handy as well. The house could use some elbow grease but all in all it was nice. We would stay here again.

Creative retreat great for families

We had 12 family members across three generations stay at this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house is so fun and creative - the pictures hardly do it justice! It’s quite large and there are lots of spaces to gather or find a peaceful little spot for yourself. This is our second stay at LCR III and they really do a great job.

Family vacation

The house was very nice, the decorations were interesting and very well done. Plenty big enough for 6 Adults and 3 kids. The location was far from town, stores, and restaurants so grocery planning is important. The resort was very well kept we enjoyed the pool just down the road, and being right on the water. Went down to the waters edge to fish and just for quite time.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We truly appreciate your feedback about the bed comfort and the suggestion to add a few extra throws around the home. As we wrap up a very busy season, we’re also doing our annual review of kitchen items, so your note about the pots and pans is especially helpful. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience and are so grateful for the time you took to share your thoughts with us.

Great location for family vacation

This was a great location for our three generation family vacation. We had plenty of room for our group of 9. Access to the lake to swim was very convenient. We used the resort pool more than a few times which was great for our granddaughter. Too hot and humid for the hot tub which was fine. That’s a nice feature for spring and fall seasons. Plenty to do within a 30 minute drive to experience the outdoors of the area (lake, trails, waterfall and train ride). Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.

4th of July getaway

We had a wonderful 3 generation family getaway! The check-in was a little rocky at first. The property manager called to see what time we would be arriving, but we we got there at check-in time the property wasn't ready for another hour. Luckily, no one was staying the day of our checkout and he allowed us to check out a couple of hours late. As for the property, it was very nice overall, but does need furniture upgrades! The outdoor chair cushions are ripped, dirty, and smelly. We had to improvise with some of the kitchen equipment (as using a small maybe 7" skillet to fix eggs for 11 people) and difficulty lighting the grill. The artwork on the walls was very interesting and fun. We had a great time!

Great Home!

We had four families stay for the Fourth of July weekend and had an absolute ball! The lake is accessible down below the house and even without a boat or water toys, the swimming is great! The power did go out while we were there, but came back on after an hour or so. All grocery stores are about 25 minutes away, so keep that in mind. But we loved it! We set up tables on the spacious back deck and enjoyed all our meals out there amongst the giant trees. Overall, it was a fabulous experience!

Great Location Near to Cumberland Falls

Everything was great at this property only reason to provide 4/5 was due to cleanliness at the patio and Barbeque Grill. Upgrade is needed of things inside the house. Bathroom tub drains out very slowly in ground floor that needs to be fixed. Else rest all very good from the management.
