Great stay!

House is plenty big for a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Checking in was easy, as well as checking out. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and that was dealt with promptly. Great time away!

Motorcycle Trip

Lovely property. A nice view of the Cumberland River. Home was way off the main road which made for a scenic ride, but was 30 minutes to the nearest grocery. Just plan ahead for food/drink needs. The area was very peaceful and the house was a great size to entertain 2 families for three nights.

Relaxing Winter Get Away

The house's pictures & wording were exactly as depicted on the website. The 4 couches in the living room are so perfect for our group of 8 women. We were all able to be in the room together with enough space to lounge without having to feel crowded. The view from the living room windows was well worth staying indoors on a cold winter day. We all want to return in the summer time to be able to explore more of the area.

Beautiful house for large group

This house was perfect for our extended family getaway. The home was very clean, lots of room and beds, fun things to do for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub, and large bar in the basement. The management company was great. They run a little local store as well, very cute with many of the necessities. I got a phone call as we were driving in giving me all of the specifics on how to get in. It was very easy. Plus, the view is incredible! We would book this property again in a minute.

Loved the view.

Overall experience was great. Exactly what was needed for the weekend. I was a bit turned off about the fact the you are charged a ton of money for clean up but then are told to clean everything. I don’t have a problem being responsible and clean but don’t expect 100% cleanliness from the renter and charge $250 for cleaning fee. Honestly the fee is basically another night of rental. Also check in time is 3pm which is a little later then normal but check out time at 10am that’s early! Again all in all a nice weekend but a little put off by listed items!

Cumberland lake

Overall everything was great. The upstairs bathroom was a little odd. It was supposed to be shared but it was in one of the bedrooms. When we checked in we were never told we could ask for more towels or anything. So there was one washcloth one dish towel for nine people. We were told after we checked out. Oh anything you need come to the office. They were very nice. But it would have been nice to know on check-in that we could do this. Everything was at least 30 minutes away which isn't far. The two restaurants we went to were not very good. CG's and I forget the name of the Mexican one. The food was good but the surface was terrible. All in all though, we always have a great time when we go as a family. And the house was certainly big enough. The view is fantastic. And there was a lot to do in the house.

As always, our stay here for our annual family Christmas get together was great! House is perfect with lots of space, well stocked kitchen, and lots of activities for the kids (pool table, ping pong, and hot tub).

Beautiful house and gorgeous view

The check-in process was very seamless and the house was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and everything you need. The view was breathtaking from the deck and the windows. Plenty of room as we had a large group and it was very spacious. The only downside was cell reception Was almost nonexistent at the house and the Internet was spotty at best. That made it a bit difficult trying to communicate with our family as they arrived as we could not get any reception on our cell phones. Check out process easy as well

Large open spaces and gorgeous views

We chose this house to host our extended family Thanksgiving. With its massive living room/dining room area we easily accommodated everyone for a large sit down dinner. With 3 generations, there was something for everyone to keep themselves entertained. Older family members enjoyed the hot tub, while the younger ones enjoyed the ping pong, pool, and shuffle board tables. Surrounding it all was the gorgeous view of the Cumberland River.

A bit disapointed

Was advertised a lot nicer than was. Needs lots of fixing. Fronts of drawers missing , pots and pans so scraped ,needed to be pitched, dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Feel for the price we paid, we didn't get the house. We still had a good time together and that's what mattered. Probably wouldn't go to this area again.

Nice but could use some TLC

The house is very spacious and the view is pretty. The amenities are nice but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. It was surely very nice at one time, but in our opinion it needs some TLC. We did not find it to be clean. Fans and lights covered in dust, spatter all over walls in kitchen and on furniture. And there’s just a lot of items that need maintenance. Lots of light bulbs out. Drain in upstairs shower very slow to drain. Nonstick cookware so scratched we actually bought our own pan to cook. Just not what we expected based on the 10/10 reviews that moved us to stay here.

Majestic View 6E

House was clean, spacious & plenty of room for the 6 of us and my 2 toddlers. Kitchen was stocked as well as bathrooms. The view from the back deck was our favorite spot, so peaceful and beautiful! We even enjoyed the pool one of the days we weren't out on the lake.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic View. The house is beautiful and the view amazing! Very clean and more then enough room for everyone that came with us to have our own space. My questions were also answered promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here!
