Let yourself be charmed by this lovely apartment in the Port Caraïbe residence. You’ll be in the heart of a tropical park with two swimming pools, just 200 metres from the white-sand beach and the sublime Anse Marcel Beach restaurant, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Anse Marcel is ideal—peaceful and relaxing—and just a 5-minute drive from the lively villages of Grand Case and Orient Bay, famous for their traditional and gourmet restaurants, as well as the shops at Hope Estate.
Accommodation
We’d be delighted to welcome you and help make your stay unforgettable in our cosy apartment, located just a stone’s throw from the stunning Anse Marcel beach. Situated in the north of the island, the sea is calm and free of sargassum! It’s 200 metres from the beach if you go via the Resort Beach or 500 metres via the public path. Try the restaurant, have fun with water sports, and then relax!

The apartment features a terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the pool.

~ The living room is equipped with a fan, a sofa bed, a TV, and unlimited high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi—plus a desk, because we’re not here just to work!

~ The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker.

~ The bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a fan. It features a French king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a dressing area for your personal belongings. Bed linens will be provided during your stay.

~ The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a toilet; a hair dryer will be provided if needed.
Towels and bath linens will be provided during your stay. We do not provide beach towels.

~ Free parking is available right next to the apartment.
Access to the two swimming pools is included in the rental. On the beach, you can rent lounge chairs with plush mattresses and umbrellas (~€30 per couple) at the Anse Marcel Beach restaurant, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
At the marina, you’ll find an Italian restaurant and a convenience store for your last-minute shopping!

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is 5–10 minutes from Grand Case Airport on the French side and 20–30 minutes from Julianna Airport on the Dutch side. Once you book, we’ll send you maps of St. Martin and Anse Marcel; you’ll be able to find your way around easily using the free Maps.me app, which works offline on your phone.
