We bought our houses so others can vacation the way we like to, with family and friends. It is our hope, your stay with us will create meaningful memories full of joy and relaxation! We then created JoyUsVacations to have one place to view our properties.
Why they chose this property
This home offers a private bathroom for every bedroom. The home's open concept provides great family gathering spaces. As you sit on the screened in porches you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors, without the annoying bugs buzzing by. We are very close to the swimming pool/ splash pad, playground, clubhouse, and overflow parking.
What makes this property unique
We chose to buy this property for several reasons. Main reason...Location, location, location. It is situated away from all the hussle and bussle of the popular tourist areas, but it is just a short trip to get to any one of them. We love that it has two master suites and two living room areas (typically kids downstairs; adults on the main level). The larger driveway is key compared to most others in the community (helps our guests to not have to fight with overflow parking). Also, there are not too many stairs to get inside.
