MONTHLY STAYS: Your Sunshine Retreat ☀ 6min to Universal!
Fully stocked with all your kitchen essentials & coffee/tea to start your mornings so you can truly feel comfortable and at home. The house has a split floorplan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a backyard, patio, & small charcoal grill. +Many Board Games

The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated to ensure you have a great vacation with all of your essentials covered - plus some!!! The master bedroom has it's own TV (swivel TV mount), double vanity sink and standup shower, and also sliding doors that lead directly to the outside patio and backyard.
The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house, one has 2 twin beds and the other a very comfortable twin bed with a piano in the room.
Every bedroom has a hamper and closet.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook, living room also has a TV, an comfortable couches, with thoughtful touches around the home for the whole family, including magazines, and many board games!
