The house was incredible , the pool and hot tub was a warm and cool sensation , the bedrooms were as the pictures showed. Extremely comfortable and charming for the kids. The game room was an extra touch and very nice for family entertainment. The kids enjoyed the house and pool as much as Disney World.

A Lovely Disney Vacation Home

Our family of four absolutely loved the home. Great location close to the parks, terrific pool, excellent comfortable bedrooms and movie room. VERY minor quibbles: coffee maker required gymnastics to get working, the entrance and exit to the property was supposed to offer up a qr code for easy access-that never happened. There was an odd lack of privacy on one side of the pool yard.

We were all looking for a great vacation with family. We got there late the first day so we unpacked and went straight to bed. A family member woke up with patches all over her legs from an allergic reaction. We went and got her some medication. While eating breakfast, my niece looked up and noticed mold on the ceiling over the dinning table. My guest left the house without eating to head to Disney without me so I could get the matter fixed. So I lost my 400 park tickets for the first day due to being upset about this issue and wanting to make sure it was taken care of before they returned. The maintenance crew came and sealed it with paint that day. This was a nightmare for me because I booked this place. The area that was infested with mold was big so I knew it was coming from an unresolved leak and I knew it was in the ceiling and in the bedroom where my granddaughter was sleeping. So I was upset the whole time and I’m still very upset. Someone had to see this prior to our visit!! It didn’t just pop up the day we arrived! This is unexceptionable and I will be taking further actions.

We take all guest reports seriously and act promptly to address them when they are brought to our attention. We consider this matter addressed based on the actions taken and the absence of any further reports during your stay.

Excellent family retreat

We had an amazing week at this home for a trip to Disney with 12 members of my family. The house was exactly as pictured, new, clean and had ample space for 3 families and one set of grandparents. It was within a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World and had lots of grocery store options and dining nearby (2-4 miles). The neighborhood was nice and usually quiet, we did notice more parties towards the weekend, but the community does honor a 10pm quiet time. No complaints from us and we would definitely stay here again.

Not far from Disney. Not right next to Epcot as description location lead us to believe. Nice house & owner very helpful. Property Management was OK. We took shuttle 1 day and decided to Uber the other days so we didn't have to wait. I'd stay here again.

Fast, Packed Getaway

A group of 11 (6 adults, 2 under 10, 3 under 3) stayed for a 5 day weekend and the house was great. The proximity to Disney World and other parts of Orlando made it easy to get around and the heated pool and hot tub were one of the major highlights for everyone. Despite there being a million things to do and see, one of the best parts was hanging out by the pool and visiting. There was space for all of us, without us being on top of each other or even having to share bathrooms. It was a great trip and the house just made it easy.
