Our stay was great! Our kids didn’t want to leave. It was an amazing experience and trip for our family. Very fun, clean, and open space. The only thing that was a bummer the pool wasn’t very clean and the water was low but once we let them know they took care of it right away!

Amazing Place

We stayed with my in laws and it was awesome. Pool was heated nicely enough that my mother in law could get in with her arthritis. The rooms were spacious and plenty for all.

Great family property Close to Theme parks

Our kids loved the themed bedroom, game room and pool. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the small water park and community pool. The on-site restaurant had good food. Property is close to Disney parks, universal and sea world. Perfect for a fun vacation.

This is a great location to stay at if you are going to the parks. We came with 7 adults and 1 infant. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack and play at the property which saved us from having to buy one, which is what we had planned to do. The house is big and the neighborhood is quiet. The first morning we had a problem with having enough hot water for everyone to shower and the water pressure was a trickle if more than one person was showering at the same time. I reached out to the management and they had someone come out within a couple of hours. They were able to fix the hot water situation but we were told that only one person would be able to shower at a time if we wanted decent pressure. We were able to work with that. The other small issue we had was that even though the thermostats are set to 72 the house never cooled to lower than 75 and in the day hours the upstairs stayed 78-80. I didn’t contact management about that because most of us were gone during the day and the ones that weren’t just stayed downstairs. Overall this is a nice property with a few quirks but they wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Mostly good

Spotty WiFi and problems getting into the house at first, but all issues were resolved by kind staff. Basically cannot get any closer to Disney. Area is busy but that is unavoidable if you want easy access to the parks. Very clean and upscale inside. Great pool.

Theme park getaway!

Overall the house was great! 20-25min from Disney and about 35-40 from Universal. Walmart and lots of food options close by! Only downside was a little street noise and the light prior to the house merged into one lane which takes longer if you hit it during peak! Typical VRBO with the minimal toilet paper and kitchen stuff to start so be sure to pack yourself if you prefer. Otherwise the house was great and the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room.

Fantastic house. Chronic Issues with Internet

House and area is fantastic. Great for families. Clean. The only reason I can not give it 5 stars is there were chronic issues with internet. I was not able to handle business from there for at least 4 of the 6 days we were there. Management always responded quickly, but the house obviously has ongoing issues. If you need to work at all while on vacation or if internet is important to you, pick another spot.

Great Home but there were a couple issues

This home is great we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful home. The road getting to the home is crazy slow which isn't a deal breaker but it is really backed up. The internet and TV didn't work at all which I now see on other reviews. The floors could have been cleaner as our socks and feet showed the dirt.

Great House

The house itself was beautiful. Spacious and Well equipped. Love the neighborhood and the water park was great! Close to food and shopping. I was a bit upset that the house had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty and had not been swept or mopped, one toilet would not flush, bar stools were not wiped down, and cigarette butts were all over in the bushes at the front of the property. The back patio table had a huge burn spot. I could not locate the grill until the last day of my stay where I seen that it was at the side of the property behind the water system for the pool. Having said this I would stay at the property again as it is a beautiful home and was very accommodating for my family.

Experience

Not a bad visit. The wifi lasted one day and by Thursday it was out again. Phoned multiple times on the first day about missing items. They were tended to on day two of vacation. Was told housekeeping was coming out to clean up but in all honesty when we got back that afternoon could not see anywhere where cleaning was done. And the food and garbage at the end of the driveway with silverware was never cleaned up as promised. Which was disgusting. Maybe in managersbacyualky come out to the home when there are many issues to make sure they are tended to it would get things done when promised. I gave up calling as this was a vacation and I just wanted to relax.

Family Vacation

All in all the stay was good. The house was very spacious. It could use a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs but it’s a beautiful home.The water pressure in the showers is a joke. May just need new shower heads. The themed room was awesome however some of the decor needs touching up and it takes up 2 of the rooms shown on the floor plan. I was under the impression that there was 4 regular bedrooms, the themed room and a movie room upstairs. That was not the case. We weren’t ever able to get the speakers to work in the movie room which one of my kids had to sleep in. Seems like others have had the same issue. I called the property management company at 11:00 am asking for an early check in and was told the house was clean and just needed to be inspected. Called back at 2:00 pm and was told the house was still being cleaned so we would have to wait. Then once the cleaning lady left we tried to enter the home only for the code not to work. I called again and was told we could not use the code until 4:00 pm. So regardless of when it was clean we wouldn’t have been able to get in. They could have told me that when I first called. Actually the code didn’t end up working and had to call back, finally got in at 4:15.

Celebrating

The house was just what I wanted, close proximity to the Disney Parks and large enough for all family members to have their own space. I did have to contact the rental company on the first night of our stay for several reasons. There were no potholders in the kitchen and I was cooking dinner, no dishtowels in the kitchen only one roll of paper towels. The did bring those items before 10 pm that night. While he was there, I had to have him replace a lightbulb in the toilet room, show him there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in any shower. I also inquired about paper products, and he informed me they only put out enough to start the stay. Which we remedied but that was not listed. So make sure you plan for that if you use that residence. We had 9 adults and 5 rolls of toilet paper would not have been enough.

Overall it was a good stay. Nicely furnished, the pool was awesome and water park at the estates was enjoyed immensely by the kids.Floor could have used a good scrubbing, we did not have a shower curtain or shower bar in our bathroom. We just used a different one. And it would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen towel to dry dishes with. Overall it was a good stay and good experience.

We loved our stay. The house accommodated us fabulously! The water park on the property was great. Finn’s restaurant was great for the most part. Don’t order the crab cakes. The only thing I would change is—the renter should be given a list of proper phone numbers to reach the various places—restaurants, pool area, etc
