About this property

Completely brand new 2-story luxury beach home. This home includes 2 living rooms, huge state-of-the-art kitchen, bar, 1 Master King Bedroom with an Oceanview balcony, master bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 Queen sized Bedroom with full bathroom, plenty of closet space, a double high Queen size air mattress, 3 fireplaces, and a private backyard with a salt water pool, spa, firepit and grill. Also provided is a queen size blow up air mattress. Located on Neptune Ave, it is an 8-10 minute walking distance to 2 different beach entrances and only 1.5 miles to downtown Encinitas. There is a separate ADU unit attached to the main house that may also be booked with guests. The accessory unit has a completely separate entry and living space. There is no access from one unit to the other unit. The ADU unit has no access to the backyard with the pool and spa, this area is exclusive to the main home.
(The garage and storage room upstairs are not accessible to guests) Please note there are no parties/events, animals/pets, or smoking allowed at all. Violation of any of these house rules will result in a $1,500 penalty fine, with no exceptions, that the guest will be responsible for. Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.
Bathrooms include showers, bidets, and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.
An outdoor pool and a spa tub are on site.
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or nearby; fees may apply.
*The TVs do not have extended cable provider. Recommend bringing your favorite streaming device to hook up to HDMI cord behind TV, as most guests like to do :)
*OUTDOOR HOURS END AT 10:00pm*

No outdoor activities allowed passed 10:00pm. This includes: making noise, hanging out, using the pool and jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor barbecue.

Very disappointed that our reservation was canceled the day of check-in. No apology or an offer to help find an alternate place to stay.

Amazing place to stay

I would love to stay at this property again. We were missing a couple amenities at the beginning, but Georges was able to accommodate us immediately. At first we were a little disappointed in the tv availability, but that turned into a bonus because we would rather do all the other amazing things the house and Encinitas offer. Walks in both directions from the house arrive at beautiful beaches. The street itself is filled with beautiful homes and friendly people. Would love to stay again.

Disappointing - Not An Entire Home - Would Not Recommend

This ad is incredibly misleading. There is another rental unit *in the same house* as the house you are staying in. At the top of the staircase there is a locked door. This door goes to another unit. It may have a separate entrance but it is literally across the hall from the main bedroom. This violates Vrbo's policy of "having an entire home." I was sitting in the hot tub and watched a 2nd story light turn on. The same story the main bedroom was on and which I had no idea about. There is also an in-law unit which appears to be completely separate. The Good: - Home is spacious - Close to beautiful beaches - Pool and hot tub are great - Lots of towels and full washer/dryer The Bad: - You are sharing the home with up to two other people. One unit is literally in the same main area as the space you are renting. - Tons of stuff is broken or damaged or missing: - Main bedroom deck pillows were missing making the outdoor furniture unusable - Main bathroom waterfall shower head doesn't work - Main bathroom window is moldy - Main bathroom shower handles/controls are moldy - Main bathroom shower is missing a handle on the inside of the glass door to close it. You have to pull on a metal nub where the handle should be - There are holes all over the walls where TVs used to be mounted - Towel/toilet paper hangars in the main bathroom are crooked/not fully attached to the wall - Linens in main bedroom were stained and low quality for the caliber of this listing - Heater in main bedroom didn't work - There are cameras *all over the exterior* including looking at the pool/hot tub and the doors you will come/go from - There is no plastic glassware for the hot tub/pool area - Fridge in the outdoor area is broken/not functional/moldy/gross Don't be fooled by the photos. Do not stay here.

Near Beacons beach

We loved the location a few blocks away from Beacons beach and enjoyed the salt water pool/spa. The house was modern and clean. Would make one small recommendation for a toaster, we did use the microwave broil feature for toast and toaster waffles but a toaster would have been easier with kids. The other appliances were beautiful and worked well. So nice to have a blender also.
