This three-level, canal-front town home is located midtown on the bay-side.. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has everything your family needs for a fun and relaxing week at the Beach, including a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs and 2 DVD players, FREE WIFI.. A boat dock and ramp are available for your convenience if you wish to bring your boat, ( If you are bringing a power boat a special insurance rider is needed, This rider is required by the Condo Board. Contact owner) Kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the bay-side, walking distance to beach and the north end of the boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain water park, speed world and miniature golf and a variety of nice restaurants and nightspots are just a short walk. Guests enjoy our community outdoor pool, crabbing from the dock or just relaxing on the decks watching the boats go by on the canal. Occupancy limited to eight persons; Property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. non-smoking only, please. No pets please. Parking for two vehicles in assigned spots. Additional street parking is available. FREE WIFI.
Linens (Sheets and Bath towels) can be rented for an additional $175. Please contact us directly to include this option.

Great Vacation Spot

We’ve been going to OCMD for 4 years now, and this has been our favorite place so far. Great location, convenient to all the places we wanted to go but far enough from the busy roads & board walk to enjoy some down-time. This place had everything we could want, and was very clean. The pool was great too, and it was a nice area to walk around. We hope we can stay at this property again in the future.

Beach getaway

The property was peaceful friendly neighbors and the kids loved the pool. It was a hot week and the pool was convenient to cool off with a quick dip. The beach was a little far but we still had a great stay.

We had a great time, The place could have been cleaner. Under the beds were used tissues and still a ton of sand we ended up cleaning it ourselves but other then that we really loved our stay and had a great time

Great location and water front view!

Everything about this property was awesome! The location and surrounding entertainment. Short walk from the bus stop. Plenty of restaurants and a food market close by. The boat ramp and boat slip were perfect. I didn’t have to drive to the 62nd street boat ramp to bring my boat into the water. The pool was really great!! The neighbors were really nice, too.

Great Place In A Great Location

The place was as advertised and better! From the welcome kit with some paper products, laundry and dish detergent, etc, to the ease of access and check-in, convenient parking, and the location in the back bay right on the water, everything was perfect! The kids had a blast with their own rooms...especially my daughter in the loft bedroom! When the whether was nice we were on the beach and when it was less than ideal we fished in crabbed from almost the back deck! The Mini-Mart right on 32nd is super convenient for all your quick needs too! Even the property owner was super responsive with our check-in inquiries! This property is the perfect OC family rental!

Great location

This place is in a nice area. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Dock was nice for jetskiis, even has its own boat ramp. Negative comments kitchen is outdated and the floors were not vacuumed and cleaned. We always take our shoes off when inside so I had to do the floors myself so we can walk barefoot.

Older property with easy access to water

Although the property is definitely older, there were quite a few perks. We were able to bring our paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes to use during our stay. Howard was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had before and during our stay. Housekeeping was definitely an issue, but Howard contacted the company and they returned to correct the issues. Overall, my family and I had a great vacation.

OC vacation

Location was great - nice spot on canal - beds were comfy - cleaning crew could do a better job. There was a/c but it was window units which are loud. The owner was attentive and helpful. We would have preferred a smoke free property but the town houses are connected and people smoke on their decks. Overall it was a nice stay and kids enjoyed the pool and dock area.

It’s home away from home

I’ve been staying at properties at the cove for the past five years. I enjoyed this property it was more dust than my allergies like but after a good sweep and some candles everything was good. Great location for crabbing and fishing. We left a fishing rod and crab buckets under the porch for anyone’s use. The host was very friendly and quick responding to any needs or concerns. If you’re not sure of the property rules don’t worry the neighbor close by will make sure your parking in your lines, following the pool rules which she knows by heart . And she will report you with no problem. She’s friendly I’ve never had issues but I’ve seen her in action trust me she’s watching your every move. I’m use to her and go through the 21 question game every time with her.

Love the location

We love crab cove and have traveled for many years to the ocean city. The view is amazing. Unit needs updating and deep cleaned. Unit is dirty/dusty, paint is coming off walls, air conditioners are loud and dirty. Carpets are filthy. We bought cleaning material to dust and dusted still very dirty.

First time in OCMD

Home was nice, being on the water was relaxing. The pool was great for dips after the beach. Location was behind the Jolly Roger Amusement Park. Great to walk to rides and mini golf. Decent walk to beach (about 3-4 blocks). Tons of restaurants to choose from. We drove to the boardwalk. Lots of free parking to find. Please note: the 2 main baths are in each 2nd floor bedrooms. 3rd floor guests have to go through those guest rooms to use bathrooms.. Beds were 6 out of 10 for comfort. Air conditioner units were ok, noisy. Kitchen stocked well. Deck had plenty of seats and was comfortable (could use a ceiling fan outside). LR furniture not so comfortable/old. Floors/rugs through out the home are filthy!! Black feet within an hour of arriving..it's summer who wants shoes on in the house. Be prepared to wear shoes 24/7 during stay. Never mopped!! Vacuuming is not there strong spot either. The Cleaning crew did a decent job cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. (Well aware it's very hard to find a good cleaning company for any rentals anywhere). Keyless entry was so convenient. All together we had a great stay and would recommend this home. Howard was very responsive and very nice.

Regarding the floor and carpet issue and wearing shoes, in our “Welcome To Hooper’s Letter” posted in the unit we ask “PLEASE WEAR SHOES OUTSIDE – THE ASPHALT ON FEET TURNS TILE AND CARPET BLACK” . We go barefoot in the unit, but we also have our flip flops at the door so when we even go out on the wood deck or going to the pool we are wearing some type of footwear. Even when we have friends visiting we ask them not to go outside barefoot. Unfortunately not everyone follows those instructions. Some people on vacation want to lose their shoes for a week. When on the Boardwalk I often see people walking barefoot and I notice how dirty their feet look and think to myself those feet will be going into a condo or motel tonight. Our unit had wall to wall light carpet when we first purchased it and remained clean until we started renting. We cleaned the area rugs prior to our first rental 3 weeks ago and they get replaced every two years or sooner if needed. We must rely on our cleaning service during the rental season. In your case I forwarded your text to the owner of the cleaning service and she said that she would talk to the cleaner assigned. The couch and chairs in the living room area are fairly new and we feel very beachy. Thanks again for staying with us.

Nice trip!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this property and it’s a great location and nice community! We enjoyed the deck and view of canal as well as the size of the unit. We had no issues during our stay and had a great vacation.

First time in this unit at Crab Cove. On the bayside, but close to Jolly Roger and the ocean is a few blocks away. Overall, the accommodations worked out fine for my family. Would rent again.

Great family Vaca

This condo was a great location for a family with teenagers so they could walk to the boardwalk. Caught fish on the back dock. Enjoyed eating dinners on the back porch. The cleaning company is not very good at their job but Mr. Hooper was so kind and willing to help when he could!

Great Property for Family

Our family of 3 generations had a great time at this property. We were able to walk to most places, the beach, the water park, and miniature golf. We were able to bring our boat, which had great access to the bay. The community pool was close and very refreshing.

Great location, views, and parking!

We loved our stay! My kids saw horseshoe crabs every morning/evening right next to the main entryway when the tide was in. My mom and mother in law took the beds on the second floor. My wife and I slept with the kids on the third floor. All the beds were comfy. The neighbors were pleasant and the neighborhood is really clean. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, mini Mart, mini golf, and basically everything!
