The house is located less than five miles from West Palm(WP) beaches, downtown, two miles from WP outlet mall, restaurants, main highway (I-95) , St. Mary's medical center, BAK Middle School of the Arts, Kravis Center, convention center, Tri-rail, yoga studio, nightlife. This is the bigger half of the house with private entrance best accommodated for a family of 4. Full-size kitchen is available with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, water filter and all the utensils.

Note: house will have basic necessities (couple of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, bedsheets).However, guests are expected to bring any other supplies they require during their stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please make sure to remove trash and place it into a trash can right outside the door.
Use cup holders for glasses and dishes. Tidy up the place and place blankets back. Do not use bath towels to clean the kitchen.
To make changes to the air conditioner, please contact the owner who has a remote control (it is nest).
