Cute and quaint home in a lovely, walkable and charming neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and right at home. Burdette replied back quickly to any questions I had and also checked in, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay again on our next trip to South Florida.

Month long stay was great!

We enjoyed our time in Old Northwood. The owner was very pleasant and also responsive. The house's amenities were as described in the listing and our family of 3 was comfortable in all areas of the home. The location is great with an easy drive to beaches, attractions and downtown eating and shopping.

Lovely House

We rented this lovely house in January, February and March 2024. Excellent service from Burdette the owner. She was always up front to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house is very clean, well located and close to many services. Among other things, several restaurants are within walking distance. A pleasant little office allows you to do remote work. The neighborhood is pleasant and what can we say about the large courtyard with an outdoor shower for cooling off. A very pleasant beach at Riviera Beach is a 10-minute drive away. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year.

It was such a pleasure hosting Louise and Jacque. They took care of my home like their own, adding orchids in trees, watering plants. My home was spotless when they left. I would be happy to have them anytime.
