Our stay was okay. I wasn't aware of the chicken coop right next door. Roosters crowing very early. The neighborhood seems a little rough to me. This is a quad Plex. The two homes right next door seemed to be empty with two abandoned wrecked car with flat tires. I have to say I didn't feel real safe staying here. Also didn't feel safe to leave my dogs here so had to take them with us which effected where we could go. The kitchen is not equipped with anything so make sure you bring your own coffee and staples. We ended up leaving early. Renter beware.
It’s ok stay. It’s in middle of an active neighborhood so up to you if don’t mind lots going on.

NO POOL!!! NO POOL!!! NO POOL!!!it list that it has a pool, there is no pool. If you message the host about the pool he will give you the address for the city pool. We went to check it out and it was going to cost us 36/day to go to the pool. When we arrived, the door code they sent us did not work. There were 2 wash rags total in the house, 1 in each bathroom. Be prepared to was towels often as there's not many of those either. There was a little more than a half of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were a few pots and pans (all too small to cook for a family of 4). The couch is terribly uncomfortable. This is a quadplex. The lady to the left seemed unfriendly and the people on the right had broke down cars in the driveway. Someone close by had chickens that crowed at all times. We were kept up on Sunday night by the neighbor's music that they played well into the night. We had to buy ice because the icemaker doesn't work. They list that essentials like soap and shampoo are "provided". Provided obviously means what was left by the last occupant. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs are narrow!
Great spot near the amphitheater, nice quiet neighborhood. Only complaints are that the neighbor kept parking in our spot and there was literally only one towel per person. Overall would still stay again, would just bring extra towels lol !
There was a nice open quality to the house, and everything was clean. We had plenty of storage space and our own washer and dryer. The kitchen equipment and furnishings looked brand new.
Pros: the property is large and dog friendly Cons: the property was not cleaned properly and is located in a rough area. I am 41and left to stay in a hotel for the 2 nights before my parents arrived with their dogs because I did not feel comfortable staying by myself in the neighborhood. Communication was poor. The host had confirmed that we could stay an extra night before we came via the messages and then told me we couldn’t after I had arrived in town which made me scramble to get another hotel room for the last night. There were towels in the dryer and dirty/stained sheets in the washer when I went to use it. Overall a rough experience.

I saw no mention of this unit being on the 3rd floor with NO elevator and I am handicapped.
AC filter has not been changed in a while, AC system is so loud couldnt sleep. Wall are so thin you can hear the neighbors conversations. This was a work trip so all of the negative things I have mentions make it harder. Both Toilets don,t flush normally. Plunger for toilet was broken.
We chose to stay in this property because it was close to where we were visiting for the long weekend. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick. The bed in the front bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the nicer room towards the back was too soft but perhaps a younger person would not have a problem with it. The kitchen had pots to use for the stove top but nothing for baking - was wishing I had a sheet pan or a larger frying pan to cook bacon. One other concern I had was that the electric socket for the toaster was very loose - this looked risky to me. Other than these very minor things, we liked the place. There is plenty of room to sit and eat either inside or outside on the screened back porch ground level or another connected to the second bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay there again.
