As advertised!... place was clean and confortable. Not only did we feel safe about ourselves but also about our vehicle being parked in their driveway. The neighborhood itself felt safe. Host was reachable when needed and very accommodating. We would definitey return.

Great Location

Angela was very helpful with the reservation. Information sent three days prior was acurate. The facility was very clean and cozy. Only two minor issues. It would be helpful to have inmstructions for use of the tv as many channels needed a code. The only other issue was low pressure in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay...

Beautiful

The property was great. It was spacious with lots of storage if staying long term. I wish it would have had a more comfy chair to sit in ( I have back issues) but that is just personal preference. The property had everything one needs for a stay. The best part was that it was close to our family and everything we needed to do. We did have to contact the property owner and she responded right away. I wish to thank her for a great place to stay and we will consider it the next time we travel to Wellington..

Private, pet-friendly room

We were staying at this place with our dog. The entrance is behind a house. & separate from the main house. While we were there, no one was at the main house, so it was completely private. The neighborhood is lovely. There’s a nice park on the lake towards the back of the neighborhood. Publix (grocery) is within a mile or 2, plus good restaurants, & for dessert, Whit’s frozen custard! We appreciated the small refrigerator with freezer drawer & the corner desk in the room. Otherwise, it’s basically like a hotel room sized space. We hope to return.

this is our third stay. It is a convenient location for us. The studio is always very clean and quiet. Private bathroom a definite plus. Mini fridge and microwave. Keurig coffee maker. Nice neighborhood. Designated parking spot. We have only great things to say about this studio! Will definitely stay again and again!

Cute Studio

We attended a family event in Wellington, FL, and found this to be a perfect place for us--a pretty little studio with its own entrance at the back of a residential home in a quiet neighborhood. We walked under the mango tree and used the code to unlock the door to a room with a comfortable bed, a quiet working air conditioner, and a bathroom stocked with nice, white towels. Much better and less expensive than a hotel room.

I really liked the property. The bed sits rather low so was somewhat difficult to get out of. The desk chair does not stay in the taller position, so you have to keep adjusting it. Well appointed and stocked.

We traveled to Fla for Juno beach where my family vaca as a child. Wellington is very clean and beautifully landscaped. The Studo was very nice and so were the owners. Would highly recomend. We will go again.
