The location of the cottage was perfect! Very quiet and close to many things. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this to any couple as a great home base for exploring!

Enjoyed a Wonderful stay in this charming Cottage. It was the perfect spot and the host provided a ton of amenities. We especially loved the full Kitchen for cooking and Washer and Dryer. We had a blast enjoying all the near by beaches and fabulous restaurants!

Property exterior view pictured on the website is not the actual property.Bathtub was rusted and the tub floor was dirty. Shower curtain had black mold.There was a strong mold smell from the A.C. system upon entering the house.Neighborhood was nice and quiet.Property Manager communicated well concerning our initial check-in and with addressing subsequent issues.

A quiet place

A good option for a short stay. We spent a month here and had a good experience. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and we struggled with the TV but overall it was a good experience. We especially enjoyed the enclosed garden area and the sunshade. Winn Dixie is close by as well as pizza, Mexican,Chinese and Cuban restaurants.

The propery was delightful, host supplied so much, including a welcome gift. Neighborhood ia safe, parking spot right by the front door. Host responded quickly to all questions and requests..it was like staying with a friend.Highly recommend.

Perfect for the three of us.

This was a perfect stay for our four days in West Palm Beach. Owner had great communication. Place was clean (though had a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived). They included some nice treats (wine and vanilla cookies). It was a great price. I would recommend!

Cozy little place

Great place for a base to explore the area. Best for 2 people although advertised sleeps more. If you are ok sleeping on a fouton as my son was it is fine. Only suggestion is that it needs a bigger table in kitchen for more than 2 to eat at a time.Love the wine and cookies waiting for us. Quiet neighborhood . All anyone needs is there.

Lake is Worth It

Place was prettier than pictures. Everything you need is already there. We wanted peace and tranquility and found it. Tons of places to eat within ten minutes. 25 and 35 mpg neighborhood and no loud vehicles. Historic area very quiet. Became friends with super hostess. Nice patio to chill with sparkling water.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a month,2 adults and 2 children (9 and 7) it was clean and cleaning supplies had been provided so I could maintain the cleanliness. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was well stocked with essentials, cleaning supplies, towels, cookware, and dishes. Because we stayed so long(husband relocated for work and we had come from out of state) I wished i could use more cabinet space for food, as most of them had been locked. Our host was always quick to respond to questions or needs. If you are looking for a cute, clean, little cottage then look no further. The beach wasn't far, its a nice beach but you have to pay for parking (just an FYI, not faulting the host). Overall great stay, highly recommended.
