It is my great pleasure to welcome you in my charming house of 117 square meters, with GARDEN and SWIMMING POOL, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to receive six persons.
It is ideally located in a quiet area, 11 minutes by car from the city center, 10 minutes by car from the BEACH and the PORT and close to bars, restaurants and shops.

## Logement
The house has three bedrooms with two double and two single beds, two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax after a day of walking.
You can also enjoy the GARDEN and the furnished TERRACE for lunch, to spend some quality time with each other outside on sunny days!
You will have at your disposal a SWIMMING POOL which will be very appreciated in summer!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

My accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It is located in a quiet area, 11 minutes by car from the city center, 10 minutes by car from the BEACH of the Battery and the PORT of Marina Baie des Anges and close to bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, you will find a Supermarket Casino at 16 min by car.

The location of the house allows you to visit tourist sites such as: the Fernand Léger National Museum at 13 min by car, the Vaugrenier Departmental Natural Park at 11 min, the Grimaldi Castle-Museum at 14 min, the Bois des Lutins (an amusement park) at 13 min, the medieval fortress of Villeneuve-Loubet at 14 min, the Biot Glassworks at 15 min, the Marineland at 16 min...

The area is very popular with locals and tourists. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
