Accommodation located in a town with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, cooperative, La Poste) less than 300m, you will be 5 minutes by car to access the banks of the river Orb (canoe site of Réals), 15 minutes from Béziers and 25 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean.<br><br>T3 of 65 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a large house.<br>The apartment is very functional.<br><br>ATTENTION: At the beginning of July the apartment will change the furniture and will be different from the photos.<br><br>Bedroom 1: a large bed 140 x 190cm with a large closet.<br>Bedroom 2: a large bed of 140 x 190 with a dressing room.<br>Kitchen open to living room. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob.<br>Air conditioning.<br>Separate toilet, shower.<br>1 parking space in the courtyard.<br><br>ATTENTION: At the beginning of July the apartment will change the furniture and will be different from the photos.
