This is an impressive cabin. My family cooked a lot during our stay, and thankfully it was well furnished. The cabin is cozy and spacious. We had a wonderful time and recommend this cabin for anyone.

The property was excellent. It had perfect seclusion, and it was beautiful. We enjoyed the relaxation. Wonderful cabin with excellent accommodations. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful stars and close to Beartooth Highway. Wonderful little town and the people were so pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, clean, quiet cabin! We appreciated and utilized the stocked spice and game cabinet. We cooked most meals at the cabin and enjoyed watching the sunsets while playing games or relaxing in the hot tub. Down stairs level is very cold and the up stairs is warm during the day. I would recommend to utilize the extra fans that are offered by the host. We opened the windows at night in the upper bedrooms and were comfortable with just that. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay, pretty cabin

Overall a nice place to stay, beautiful views! The driveway is dangerous in icy conditions and we would have loved some soap in any of the bathrooms, but otherwise great place.

Great cabin with a view of Red Lodge below. Rooms were comfortable and clean, as were the baths. Everything at the house is comfortable and well thought out, from from TVs and DVD players to one of the best equipped kitchens we've seen in a rental. The deck is a delightful spot to sit and catch up. Only wish we'd gotten into the hot tub -- just too busy with hikes and beautiful drive up the Beartooth Highway and on to Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful experience at the Palisade Pines! Perfect for a trip with the 8 adults in my immediate family. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms (we were confused a little by the listing) and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The view from the beautiful decks (upper and lower) made our experience complete!

Fun family big sky vacation

We loved our time at the cabin. We wished it had been a longer stay. Next time ! Well stocked , comfortable , clean. Lots can of beautiful trees and stars at night we’re amazing.

Great mountain getaway for family

We loved the Palisade Pines cabin! Everything was clean and working. Lots of space, secluded, quiet, a variety of games to choose from, and internet tv. Cabin is well-stocked, so definitely check before running to the store for basic necessities/toiletries. Quick access to downtown Red Lodge. Beautiful views and would stay here again, for sure!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The home was setup well with everything we needed to have an enjoyable, relaxing weekend away from home. I loved how close it was to the ski hill. We relaxed in the hot tub, cooked and played card games. There were great views and the home is so beautiful, so it's hard to complain about the road to the house, but I would say 4-wheel drive in the winter is required, not just highly recommended. I would say the road is dangerous when icy. Overall great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for

This was our first time using VRBO and everything worked perfectly. The property was exactly what we expected, and we had some pretty high expectations. We used the hot tub every night and it worked perfectly. The A/C also worked great. The bedrooms had nice beds and the kitchen had everything you need. It was also located in a great part of town so that it was very quiet in the evening while we sat on the deck. If we go back to Red Lodge again, we will definitely consider renting this home again. Thank you!

Ranger Riding adventures

Nice home with plenty of amenities. Some of us stayed in the upper level bedrooms and 2 of the nights it was quite warm for sleeping even with the fans running. We didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the upper level. The basement area was very cold with the air running so the couple that slept in that area were too cold. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Palisade Pines. It is a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a peaceful morning on the deck while getting to see a small fawn in the lower field and soon after the Mom (deer) came along too. Beautiful home and close to town. We ventured out on the ranger riding trails to see what they had to offer. There was not much for riding trails in the immediate area so we had to trailer our rangers and drive about an hour or abit more to find more trails to ride on. We got quite lucky stopping at The Power Sports shop in Red Lodge (after a local told us too). The owner was very helpful. All in all a good vacation.
