Villa on the shores of Lake Annecy
Located on the lake and two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops, discover a magnificent duplex villa with lake views in a new residence!
Ideal for up to 8 people, it consists of:
In the DRC:
- 1 salon.
- 1 kitchen.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bathroom with shower adjoining the bedroom.
- 1 independent toilet.
- 1 terrace and 1 garden.
On the 1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
- 1 bathroom with bath.
- 1 independent toilet.
The villa is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: large TV, Wifi, washing machine, dryer... The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine Nespresso Krups, raclette and fondue machine...
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
🅿️ 2 closed garages are available under the villa.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Close to shops, restaurants, bus and bike path, you can leave the car in the parking lot of the condominium and explore the old village of Duingt and the beaches on foot.
Also called «the pearl of the lake», Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
