Perfect home away from home

The house was beautiful, in the perfect location and set up so well for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy Nashville. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Super chic!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The home felt upscale yet really cozy. The location was great, too. It was quiet and easy to get downtown and airport. Definitely would recommend this place!

Perfect for our needs. Very clean. 4 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms..Big kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 couples, parking right next to house, close enough to Broadway. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The house is very spacious so no one is on top of each other. We had to uber downtown but 12 south is walking distance and that was a very fun low key area when you dont want to head to broadway all the time! Highly recommend

Nashville Weekend

The Blue Bungalow was perfect! Five separate bedrooms was just what we were looking for our group of 5 couples. The location was in a great neighborhood that was walking distance to the shops and stores on 12 South and only minutes away from Broadway via Uber. Thanks for a great weekend stay.

Girls Weekend

This property had plenty of space for our group of 9 for a girls weekend! Jessica was prompt with answering any questions we had over the course of the weekend. The house was in a great location, close to all events we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning! I would highly recommend this property!

This rental was perfect for my group of 10 visiting Nashville. The host met us for checkin and was quick and easy to communicate throughout the weekend. Pictures don’t do the house justice for how big and clean it was in person. Would easily stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Jessica’s home! It is gorgeous, spacious, and cozy. It was walking distance to a fun area of town and was just a quick drive to other parts of the city that we visited. Would highly recommend this home for a group of friends or families, and we would love to go back!

Great place for a group of music loving friends

We had an amazing time at Jessica’s place. The place was spotless, well designed and large. It was a short walk to coffee shops, Gruhn guitars and a short Uber ride down to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Nashville.

We stayed as a group of 10. Beds were comfy and the place was very charming. Neighborhood felt safe, but we had to Uber everywhere as there wasn’t much within walking distance. Jessica’s communication with us was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home!

We had 7 adults and the house accommodated our needs perfectly! The kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and game room were outstanding for group. Everything in the house was well stocked. The outdoor space is beautiful as well. The owner was readily available whenever we needed. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Girls Getaway House!

This house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. The multiple sitting and living spaces were key and the kitchen is beautiful and large. Great location with walking distance to 12 South! Nashville Weekend

Our group of 10 adults stayed here in October 2022 and had a wonderful time! Your home is well appointed and had everything we needed and then some! One of the many things we enjoyed about our stay was having Jessica and Stephen host a dinner for us the day we arrived! We chose the Southern dinner and it was delicious!
