Nous avons été mis à la porte de la location que nous avons payé à cause d une gestion déplorable de la part d abritel Cette gestion de la part d abritel est inadmissible et scandaleuse Nos vacances ont été gâchées Nous n en resterons pas la !!!!

Je comprends difficilement la réaction de ces résidents. Je serai un peu moins agressive avec abritel qu'eux, je pense qu'ils ont fait une erreur dans leur réservation puisqu'ils m'ont dit s'être aperçu du problème avant leur venue et dans ce cas pourquoi ne pas l'avoir réglé avec abritel avant leur arrivée. Cette situation était fort désagréable pour moi et pas habituelle. Heureusement qu'Abritel joint m'a bien conseillée et soutenue. Ces résidents m'ont même dit avoir déjà eu un problème de cet ordre en réservant en direct sans passer par des sites de réservation...
