Thank you Doreen. I have been in business since 2019 and you are my first poor review, that goes to show. I usually will also not give bad reviews, but your situation is beyond. I have to do this to protect other hosts as well. You assessed property wayyyy before check in, and stayed in the suite for over 2 hours prior to the cleaning team arriving and left your mess laying around which compelled us to use more to maintain our cleaning standards. You arrived in 2 vans full, with 2 more guests than booked for. You were notified construction was going on. You had A/C for the first 5days out of your 7. I am sure you have had one or 2 appliances break down unannounced. Unfortunately that happened to my A/C. Of course with multiple guests in and out, things are more prone to break, despite maintenance. Thanks for acknowledging the cleanliness of the space. You had an entire main suite. Based on the unruliness of the children observed while onsite, i was unwilling to bring out my toys to be broken. Lesson learned, when next I encounter your kind of situation, I will not let it slide. I will call VRBO to report it. Thanks and good luck.
