Beautiful updated flat in a 1907 Portland 4 square. You will have full private access to the first floor unit with front porch as well as the basement apartment. The basement apartment has an extra bedroom and sitting area with television, bathroom and kitchenette. This historic home is located in the heart of historic Sunnyside. Easy access to New Seasons and Fred Meyer Groceries and very short walk to Belmont and Hawthorne shopping districts.

The apartment is the first floor and basement unit of a 3 story Portland 4 square. The basement unit is accessed through a common area shared with the upstairs unit, but has its own lock. The washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs tenants. The porch is your private space with a swing for children. The share and fenced backyard is spacious and has plenty of space for children to run around.
