Nice cosy place with ocean view

Enjoyed one week in this nice little house. The view to both sides of the island is wonderful. The location is very close to the beach. It is between the trainline and the main street, but as the train is running only in July/August and not before 9am this is acceptable. The flat was clean and has everything needed. The agency was very supportive, approachable and responsive. We enjoyed a really relaxing week and can recommend the place.

Terrible

From the moment we arrived i was disappointed with the place. It was dirty, and noisy and tiny! The train line is very close and the place shakes every time train goes past. The road is the other side of properly, close by and traffic, including many sirens going past day and night. I refused to pay cleaning and towel charge as both dirty! Its really small for 4 people, single bedroom like a cupboard with a bad smell! My kids wouldn't sleep in there. The stairs are really difficult to negotiate and dangerous. Avoid this property, i couldn't wait to leave. I liked the area, but would stay further into quiberon in future and somewhere else!

Très proche de l océan, assez bien situé géographiquement, belle vue depuis la chambre à coucher

Joli séjour, assez proche de tout. Proche de la route et du train mais pas de circulation la nuit donc assez calme. L appartement n est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge mais avec un peu d organisation, le séjour s est bien déroulé. Belle vue depuis la chambre à coucher sur l océan et sur le fort.

Tres décevant

Arrivés en avance nous avons pu avoir accès à l'appartement 1h avant. Neanmoins les photos de l'annonce font croire à 1 appart isolé mais il est entre la route principale de la presqu'île ( passage continu de voiture 22h/24h)et le TER qui passe toutes les 30mn entre 9h et 21h30 . Tres bruyant , de plus le 2ieme étage n'est pas isolé avec un plancher bois qui amplifie le moindre petit bruit. Le soir de notre arrivée pas d'eau chaude car cumulus vidé par les précédents et n'avait pas été mis en marche forcée par l'équipe d'accueil. La vaisselle était à refaire . 5 chaises extérieures dont 2 cassées, un cadenas pour les bains de soleil dont nous n'avons pas eu le code. Pas d'information sur le passage poubelle, pas d'information sur la machine à laver qui ne se vidange pas ...apparemment il faut faire un branchement particulier mais nous n'avons pas eu l'info et pas de notice explicative ds l'appart donc rinçage et essorage à la main....pas de réponse de t'y accueil sur ce problème pendant 3 jours (we du 15 août mais un mail aurait du nous être envoyé pour nous expliquer les branchements...!). Une communication à revoir avec t'y accueil : un message de bonne installation à 2 jours de notre départ, modalités de départ confirmés alors que nous sommes partis depuis 2 heures et que nous avions envoyé un message avec nos horaires de départ la veille . Bref des vacances au goût amer , trop chère pour la prestation . Heureusement que la région est belle .

Bonjour Annie, Tout d’abord merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié notre belle Presqu’île. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions et vous remercions pour certaines remarques constructives qui nous permettent de nous améliorer. Nous sommes désolés pour les quelques désagréments rencontrés. L’appartement dispose de particularités qui auraient dû être portées à votre connaissance. La non explication de ces dernières est un oubli de notre part et nous en sommes désolés. Le week-end du 15 Août a été très chargé ce qui explique cette communication à revoir. Mais nous prenons bonne note de votre retour et ferons le nécessaire pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. Nous avons mis sur place un livret d’accueil spécifique à l’appartement. Dans ce dernier se trouve un QR code donnant accès à des vidéos démonstratives sur la bonne marche à suivre. Les équipements de l’appartement seront quant à eux améliorés du fait de vos remarques. Le logement disposant d’un emplacement privilégié à deux pas de la mer, cela peut effectivement générer quelques nuisances sonores. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau sur notre Presqu’île. Tolles Haus mit viel Ausstattung

Das Haus hat uns aufgrund der Lage direkt am Meer absolut überzeugt. Die Aufteilung ist sehr praktisch, die Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es gibt z. B. eine Salatschleuder, einen Standmixer und eine Käsereibe. Auf der Terrasse steht eine Box mit Spielgeräten. Im Haus findet man Spiele und Malsachen. Bemerkenswert ist der Blick von Balkon und Terrasse - man sieht rechts und links das Meer, links den Sonnenaufgang, rechts den Sonnenuntergang. Unsere Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
