The classic Mediterranean home sits cozily within the Caribe gated residential area, ensuring quiet and private accommodations. It features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home can host up to eight guests, so be sure to bring your family or friends along for a fun vacation!

Immediately upon arrival, you will be drawn in by the palm and magnolia trees, as well as the home’s upscale exterior. Out front, a columned porch includes outdoor furnishings, perfect for a peaceful evening of drinks and casual conversation. Now, if you thought the outside was beautiful, just wait until you step inside! The first floor is dedicated to the open living, kitchen, and dining areas, in addition to the master bedroom. A rustic beach vibe radiates from the living room furnishings, which include sky-blue couches and armchairs, a hardwood drink table, woven rug, and coastal décor. Above the fireplace, a wall-mounted flat screen is available for entertainment. Parchment-colored tile extends from the living room, through a regal archway, and into the formal dining room. The dining room features an elegant hardwood table with ten chairs, all of which sits beneath a vintage chandelier. A breakfast bar and stool seating separate the dining room from the chef’s kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a beach breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinetry with ample storage space.

The master suite located on the first level is a vacationer’s delight. It boasts a king-size bed, antique bed bench, chic armoire, seating area with a white armchair and striped ottoman, built-in desk with shelving, TV, a private patio, and a luxury bath. Enjoy the bath, which has dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, patio access, and a private bath. The remaining bedrooms share a connected bath. One bedroom features a queen-size bed and cottage-style furnishings, while the other is perfect for the kids, as it has four twin beds and a TV.

In addition to more-than-comfortable accommodations, a stay at this beautiful vacation home grants guests access to Caribe neighborhood amenities. These include two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and beach access. The convenient location also places you nearby a variety of amusements on the Emerald Coast, such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Seascape Resort, popular restaurants, energetic bars, cute shops and boutiques, and seasonal concerts, events, and festivals.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Jack-and-Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Four Twin Beds.

*This home only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*This property is monitored by security cameras overlooking the home's driveway, front, rear, and side elevation.
