About this property

This charming mid century modern home just minutes from Downtown and the world famous Las Vegas Strip, features a resort like backyard with pool/spa, fire pit, gas bbq grill, and water fall. The property is fully furnished and includes all utilities, wifi, cable, and alarm system.

The kitchen features a large granite island and huge refrigerator/freezer. Watch tv while you're cooking on a curved 4k TV with surround system.

The spacious master bedroom has an enormous walk in closet with laundry, lots of closets for storage, and a sitting room with desk and computer. Guest bedrooms all have sliders out to the pool.

This home is in a true neighborhood where people walk their dogs and wave as they pass you by. The proximity to the medical district, the Strip, and downtown shopping and entertainment make this an ideal location.

Perfect Oasis in the Desert

This place lived up to and exceeded expectations. The only reason I would consider giving a bad review is so no one else will rent the house, so we can return soon! The house was great for us, the backyard was even better. It was perfect indoor/outdoor living while we were there and the pictures don't even do the place justice. The neighborhood was so nice we started looking at properties nearby. Everything in the house was great, from the All-Clad pans, to the martini and margarita glasses and the nice mattress on the King Size bed in the master bedroom. The weekly landscaping and pool service really made this place hassle free. Chris was a great host, who was responsive with any minor issues, or to recommend local restaurants and services. I will definitely return if this place is available again.

Beautiful home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern and well equipped home in a charming, older Las Vegas neighborhood. We highly recommend it! The owner, Chris, met us at the house for both check-in and check-out. He was cordial and helpful and responsive. The backyard with pool and hot tub is an oasis. Neighborhood restaurants, bakeries. and coffee shops were within walking distance. We will be back!!

So good we wanted to buy it!

The house is amazing and the neighborhood is beyond quiet . The backyard is very functional, large and just overall perfect. We loved the house so much we considered making an offer on it.

Perfect place to stay in Vegas!

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, well kept place that feels like home, minutes from the strip, this is the place for you! My husband and I chose this house, because we were planning on staying a few months and didn't want to be on the strip but close enough we could be there quickly. You can see the stratosphere from the backyard. The house is amazing, completely furnished and stocked, and beautifully decorated in a quiet residential area. The back yard is gorgeous with a pool, well maintained yard, jacuzzi, a lounge area, bbq grill, fenced in and private. Felipe went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy! He was out of town when we arrived and flew in to greet us and to go over everything and was always just a text or phone call away. The neighbors were really nice and the whole experience was just outstanding! Within a few days, we felt like we were at home and really hated to leave when it was time to go. This place was awesome, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! If we ever need a place in Vegas again, Felipe is the first person I will call!

I am originally from Long Beach, Ca. I have lived in Las Vegas on and off for 15 years. Most of that time at this property. I work in construction management, and travel for large projects. I enjoy traveling abroad, and I also like coming back to Las Vegas between trips and projects. This property is my home, not just an investment. But I love hosting and hearing guests delight in the good energy about this house, the neighborhood, and the community in Las Vegas that most people don't know exists.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a throwback to the 1960s. Neighbors actually talk to each other while walking dogs and gardening. There are monthly events in the neighborhood. It is close to both downtown and the strip, yet it feels like a quaint, quiet neighborhood.
