Beautiful accommodation with a disappointing ending

After having stayed in this lovely accommodation with a friendly and helpful host, we unfortunately broke a corkscrew during our stay. We weren't being rough or anything, it broke quite easily. These things happen so we let our host know before leaving, which ended up in her sending us an extra fee of 120 (??). Major disillusion at the end of this nice stay, I mean, why leave a corkscrew which breaks this easily and costs this insane amount of money in a place you rent out?? Definitely ruined the end of our holiday.
