Apartment located in the district of Preyerand. Supermarket and ski equipment rental shop in the residence. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room with open kitchen. The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with a home theater with Blu-Ray media player, a dry 10 pairs shoes, 4 plates inductions, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher ....
NEW: all the windows have been changed and equipped with shutters and we arranged with the owners of the store so that there are more deliveries early in the morning: no problem of noise pollution.

Great Location

A good apartment for a family group. Easy access to slopes and Croisette centre via Preyerand lift. Handy Sherpa supermarket and Intersport for ski rentals. Well equipped kitchen and good dining area. Lounge area a bit small with limited seating for 6 of us, but otherwise a very acomfortable holiday stay. Friendly owners communicated well.

Perfect location for a small family visiting Les Menuires. Having Intersports and Sherpa in the same building makes it so convenient to have what you need to start the ski trip. The apartment is right next to a free gondola that takes you up the hill to a larger shopping/dining area. It also takes you up to a major intersection with other ski lifts and a ski school.It was very comfortable with a great view, although you will need to request linens for your stay as it is not included. You will also need to bring your own shampoo/soap. All of which is not an issue because there are multiple grocery stores nearby.The only downside is that you will hear the neighbors' doors opening/closing/slamming in the evening. Overall, the property was fantastic and we would stay there again.

Home from home in perfect location

This is a well equipped and comfortable apartment in a perfect location. You can ski in and ski out but also perfect for non skiers with pedestrian lift just outside. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for self catering. All has been thought of. It's very handy to have Intersport and a supermarket just downstairs. The owners also made the process simple and were very welcoming. We were a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. I would recommend.

Ski vacation

The apartment is big but very cold and not warm enough for this kind of weather. The communication was difficult cause the landlord don’t know English and didn’t supply the entry code ahead and didn’t respond so we waited for over an hour outside in the cold. Plus don’t forget to read the small letters that says there’s no bed sheets and towels

Ok but could have been better

Large apartment but could have been cleaner than it was. The owner announced the day before we arrived that we would be expected to pay a cleaning charge unless we cleaned the apartment for the next guests on our departure. It was obvious that this was the only cleaning that occurred between visitors. The whole apartment was in need of a deep clean. Guests have to take their own bedding so it was very obvious to see that the mattress protectors, pillows and duvets were quite grubby, particularly in the room with the bunk beds which we fortunately didn’t have to use. The utensils in the kitchen also had to be washed before use and the dishwasher was very smelly. The building itself was practical but ugly. The soundproofing is generally poor, noise from outside and inside the building was very disruptive, particularly early in the morning. Overall it was acceptable for our short stay but I wouldn’t go back there due to the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.

Bonjour, effectivement, le linge de lit et de toilette n'est pas inclus, nous fournissons les tapis de bain et torchons quand les gens prennent l'option draps et linge de toilette. Par contre, si vous aviez oublié ce linge, vous auriez dû nous demander, nous vous aurions prêté le nécessaire sans problème. Nous dépannons tous nos locataires à chaque fois qu'ils le demandent. Concernant le ménage, il n'est pas à faire en intégralité puisque nous avons une équipe de ménage qui passe systématiquement après tous les locataires, nous demandons de laisser la cuisine en ordre avec la vaisselle propre et le lave-vaisselle vidé.

Helene was een correct en prettig persoon. Heel betrokken en snel met haar reacties. Het appartement was smaakvol en zeer mooi met doordachte voorzieningen. In de keuken alles aanwezig, perfecte badkamers, en gezellige woonkamer (aan het gebouw van het appartement hebben we wel even moeten wennen).

Superbe appartement aux Menuires

Le logement était top!! Nous avions vu sur les montagnes, il est très bien agencé, propre et moderne! Les hôtes sont disponibles si nous avons besoin de renseignement. Le retour à ski peut se faire jusqu’à l’appartement, cependant pour débuter la journée de ski il est nécessaire de prendre les télécabines à pied en face du logement puis de marcher jusqu’au début des pistes. Il faut en moyenne 10 min pour prendre la première remontée mécanique ski au pied. En résumé, l’appartement est vraiment génial pour un groupe de 8 personnes, je le recommande vivement !

Tres bon sejour !

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et a la description. Tres bien placé dans la station grace aux remontées toutes proches qui nous emmenent à Menuires croisette centre en quelques minutes. Appréciable également le depart et arrivee skis aux pieds ! Des propriétaires tres sympathiques et reactifs a nos demandes ! Bon équipement dans l'appartement.

L’appartement nécessite des rénovations générales. Les photos doivent dater. Il ne justifie pas (ou plus) le coût de la location. Dommage car l’emplacement et le cadre sont très bien.

Parfait !

Appartement grand, fonctionnel et très chaleureux. Retour au pied de l’immeuble en ski, donc parfait, 2 locaux à ski, séches chaussures, 2 salles de bains, tout pour passer un super séjour en groupe ☺️
