Magnificent 60m² duplex apartment for 8 people, fully renovated, south-facing, with a balcony offering mountain views.

Comprising:
- a large living/dining room with TV and Orange TV box allowing you to connect to your Netflix, Deezer, etc. accounts;
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen;
- a cabin bedroom with 90x190cm bunk beds and a shower room with WC on the ground floor;
- a balcony with panoramic mountain views;
Upstairs:
- a large bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, smart TV, and ample storage;
- an attic bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a smart TV;
- an attic bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds;
- a bathroom with a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer;
- a separate WC.

Two ski lockers are also available on the ground floor of the residence, in a room that is locked at night, and another locker next to the apartment with a pre-programmed boot dryer for your comfort. The slopes are just 50 meters from the residence.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:

- Bed linens, towels, made beds, two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six dishwasher tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.

Please note that:
- A security deposit of €1600, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival through our partner Swikly.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Schöne, renovierte Wohnung in älterem Apartmenthaus, zentrale Lage zum Skifahren, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz, für acht Personen vermutlich ziemlich eng aber machbar.
