COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IN A QUIET RESIDENCE IN THE CENTER OF THE STATION

The apartment is a 97m² inverted duplex furnished for 8-9 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / shower room and a large living room (living / dining / open kitchen) of 32m².

Located in the residence of Lauzières (resort center), on the top floor, you can enjoy a calm and relaxing stay.

Ski in ski out was niet goed bruikbaar ondanks het feit dat er genoeg sneeuw was. Uitzicht op de pistes klopt niet; je kijkt tegen een muur van het winkelcentrum aan. Verder wel heel compleet appartement maar kan hier en daar wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Ook de algemene ruimte zoals de gangen zijn verouderd. Ski ruimte heel onlogisch. Eerst naar beneden, dan aan de andere kant van het gebouw weer omhoog en dan nogmaals in de lift voor de ski in/out. Erg duur voor wat we kregen en dat buiten het hoogseizoen.

Amazing apartment, modern and spacious with all the necessary mod cons. Really comfortable and clean. Also in a great location with ski in ski out access, short walk to supermarket, bakery, ski shop, restaurants, absolutely everything you need is in the immediate vicinity even the main lift. And Sylvain is super cool guy and very helpful. Would totally recommend this place. We were a group of 8 persons and we were all extremely happy. Thank you Sylvain

Warm, welcoming, comfortable and brilliant access to slopes, bars and food

We had a wonderful week here as a big family of 6 - including grandparents, party animals and a pre-schooler! Really comfortable living areas, well-provisioned kitchen (apart from decent tin opener for our confit de canard!!), excellent wifi, really warm and cosy after a cold day outdoors. Super close to all amenities, brilliant that we could ski in and ski out - fantastic provision for skis and boots including drying racks. Sylvain was an exceptional host, very responsive to communication and saved the day when our transfer didn't turn up - he helped us find an alternative. The apartment was also great to hang out in when we got snowed in one day. Very comfortable for big parties and cosy for smaller numbers. Beds very comfy, rooms a tad on the small side but normal for a chalet, but bathrooms spacious (although towels a bit tired) and always warm. Thank you for a brilliant week away Sylvain, we would love to come back!

Very nice apartment, ideally located

The apartment is well equipped, clean and ideally located in the centre of Val T. We skied out of the back door onto the slopes each day and shops/restaurants/bars are all just a few minutes walk. Sylvain was particularly helpful during the week to offer help. An excellent trip!

Great apartment in a great location with the nicest host.

This is a really great apartment very well located and with very good facilities. Sylvain the host is extremely helpful and friendly. Overall this is a really good sized apartment for Val Thorens. From our experience this is probably one of the best self catering places to stay in the resort.

A delightful, clean, well-equipped and well-located apartment that was exactly as described

It is difficult to find criticism of this property. It is clean, well-equipped and modern. The owner, Sylvain, who lives and works in the town, is charming and helpful. We initially had a few problems understanding how the induction hob worked but he came to the apartment within 10 minutes of our phone call to demonstrate what to do. The ski slopes and the town centre are both within an easy 5 minute walk. We were also able to obtain a discount on the ski hire as a result of staying at the apartment. All in all, highly recommended

Nous avons fait trois années de suite dans cet appartement et avons toujours eu tout le confort et la place nécessaire pour une grande famille Sylvain est très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation, tout est parfait il ne manque rien et correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Snowboard and Ski Urlaub mitten in Val Thorens.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Bei ein, zwei Zimmern hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Stauraum gewünscht, aber es ging auch alles so. Super zentral gelegen und zur Piste nur 100 Meter entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were very satisfied with everything. Very clean and well divided apartment. There really was nothing missing. In one, two rooms we would have wanted a little more storage space, but everything went as well. Super centrally located and to the Ski Storage only 100 meters away. We can only recommend the apartment and we will definitely be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très bien situé, près de la galerie commerçante, au pied des pistes. Spacieux, il est parfait pour accueillir 8 personnes. Il est très bien équipé et a même un sèche chaussures de ski. Enfin, et surtout le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a donné des conseils de bons plans dans le coin. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

excellente location à retenir si l'on désire 4 chambres et un emplacement insonorisé et pratique soit pour partir à ski, soit pour aller dans le centre sportif ou commercial situé à 50 mètres. Vraiment rien à redire sur les prestations : c'était parfait.le WIFI est vraiment un plus appréciable.la disposition des chambres et des salles de bains permet de s'isoler et de rester discret: c'est l'ideal. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Merci pour ce séjour sans problème.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appart plus que genial. Tout à fait conforme au descriptif. L appart est vraiment très bien situé dans la station et proche de tout ( piste et commerce). Le propriétaire est vraiment super gentil et s occupe de vraiment tout et est toujours disponible. Une location à conseiller les yeux fermés. Vivement l année prochaine pour y revenir.

Nous revenons de notre séjour. Un séjour qui était genial grâce à cette location. Un appartement qui vaut bien un 10/10 car tout est parfait. L appartement est conforme au photo. Le propriétaire est super. Toujours disponible, souriant et très sympathique. Une location à conseiller sans aucun problème et idéalement placé dans la station. Une chose est sûre si nous revenons à valthorens nous savons où louer notre appartement . Encore un grand merci à sylvain le propriétaire pour tout.

Séjour du 09/12/2015 au 13/12/2015 L'appartement est vraiment superbe et bien situé (cœur de station au pied du centre nautique) : les 4 chambres juste assez grandes ce qui laisse de la place pour 2 salles de bain (et 3 wc) et un grand salon-salle à manger-cuisine très agréable. L'équipement est plus que complet avec en prime un sèche-chaussures pour 10 paires très appréciable !!! Le propriétaire est extra et saura parfaitement vous conseiller sur la station et sur le domaine skiable. Pour 8 à 10 personnes, cet appartement est sans aucun doute une option à retenir

La perle rare

Voilà un appartement que je ne conseillerai pas à mon meilleur ami tant que moi je veux en profiter pour ne pas me le faire chiper. Super emplacement par rapport aux pistes, aux commerces, au club des sports. Et quand on entre on pense être chez soi. Le goût est parfait, rien ne manque pour le confort, tout est propre, comme neuf. Pour ne rien gâter l'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et généreux. J'y retourne des cette année.

délicieux appartement fonctionnel

Nous avons apprécié le délicieux appartement fonctionnel. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent pour un séjour agréable. Les commerces sont à proximité. Nous y allons à l'hiver 2015- 2016 de nouveau à lui , parce que nous avons aimé.
