Come and ski in Val Thorens, voted the best resort in the world, the highest resort in Europe and the highest point in the Trois Vallées area. This allows it to benefit from exceptional snow cover and an opening of the ski area from the end of November to mid-May.
Comfortable duplex apartment of 42m2 with balcony in the heart of Val Thorens, in a quiet area. Ideal for doing everything on foot. Quiet apartment completely renovated in 2016, with quality materials, which reconciles modernity while keeping the practical side with its equipment and its numerous storage spaces.

Residence Le Silveralp, on the 3rd floor with elevator, east exposure. At the foot of the slopes, opposite the ski schools and the nursery, shops (ski equipment rental, ski passes, bakery, restaurants, medical center, etc.). The shopping mall, the sports center and its relaxation area and the bowling alley are nearby while remaining sheltered.

On the ground floor, entrance with storage, living room with open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, etc.) overlooking the living room with sofa and flat screen TV. A large picture window opens onto a large balcony.
Bathroom with shower, separate WC with hand basin. Cupboards.

Upstairs, you arrive on a first bedroom with two single beds 80 * 190 cm and on both sides, two independent bedrooms. The first with two 80 * 190 cm beds and the second with a 160 * 200 cm bed and flat screen TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The ceiling height upstairs is 1m78. All bedrooms are fitted with storage, duvets and pillows.

Apartment classified two stars furnished with tourism, 3 gold flakes by the station and holding the family plus label.
Payment by holiday vouchers accepted.
Free WIFI throughout the apartment.

The common areas of the residence have been renovated, the elevator is new. On the ground floor of the residence, private ski room completely renovated and heated. You leave the residence, make 10 m and put on the skis.

For your peace of mind, access to the residence is by badge. The residence is monitored at night by a caretaker.

An excellent place to stay in Val Thorens

We had a great time in this apartment. It was immaculately clean and the arrangements regarding getting the keys in the resort and handing back the apartment were well managed. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything required to cook meals. Also, the apartment building was quiet, which ensured a good night's sleep. I would recommend this property as a place to stay in Val Thorens.

Great location and lovely apartment.

The apartment is well appointed and a good space for a small family. Upstairs, you’ll have to mind your head if you’re over 6’. Access to the slopes is on the opposite side and there’s several hire places. If you use Oxygène ski school, it’s a bit of hike and you’ll need to give yourself plenty of time. The boulangerie directly opposite the entrance to apartment is perfect and the staff are lovely. Checkin and out is very easy with Nicolas. It’s far enough from the bars to be quiet but not too far if you want a few drinks after dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Location parfaite!

Cette location est proche des pistes, en face du club enfants de l’ESF, et à côté de plusieurs magasins de location de skis. L’appartement est aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité, et très bien équipé. Une location à recommander!!
