Located in the Hameau des Marmottes, at 1800 m altitude. This apartment offers you a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley.

You will have an excellent stay with direct access to the slopes and to the free shuttle bus (50m) serving the resort. Covered parking for one car.

The main living room is composed of an equipped kitchen, a table for 8 persons and a living room with flat screen TV. The direct access by a large bay window to the south-facing balcony will allow you to fill up with sunshine. You benefit from an open view on the valley of Belleville.

The 3 comfortable rooms will offer you the calm and restorative rest so much appreciated.

Two rooms are equipped with their own bathroom and toilet.

A large bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer serves the last room .
Sheets are provided and put down as soon as you arrive, bathroom linen is not provided. Possibility of renting it at the agency if needed.

Lovely!

Great appartment on a short piste to ski down to a lift and near the Carrefour for supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms were comfortable. We had a great stay. My only watch out is for very tall people, some of areas of the bedrooms have very low ceilings!

Very comfortabel apartment

We were a group of 7 and we really loved the apartment. Perfect: actual ski-in / ski-out, kitchen facilities, nice living room with plenty of space for 7, 3 toilets +3 bathrooms, great views. Disadvantages: the third bedroom is very basic and has sloping ceilings, so you can hardly move around or stand tall. Furthermore, every day at least one of us managed to bang his head in the living room (also caused by the low/sloping ceilings). However, all in all the apartment is very comfortable. We would love to come back one day!

Beautiful Apartment

We were lucky enough to stay here for several weeks in February. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is very well equiped (I have never seen such a large collection of sharp knives!). The sloping ceilings do restrict movement in the bedrooms, but are manageable. We only used the third bedroom for two children, which was fine. The extra room under the slopes actually made the living room seem larger. The Bettex piste runs just above the building, which is about a 20-30m walk, so really convenient. The only downside is that the apartment is on the top floor, up 48 steps from the ground floor and a further 16 steps down to the ski lockers. It was exhausting moving in and very difficult getting an injured guest up and down the stairs.

Great chalet for our ski holiday.

We stayed here feb half term 22 as a mixed family group. Great communication prior to trip from Valerie. Property just as described. As stated the ceilings are sloped and head room is very limited in 3rd bedroom. The living room area is much larger than appears on pictures. Kitchen very well equipped though we were missing a plug for the sink - contacted agency and a rubber plug was provided quickly- this didn’t really work so hopefully owner will rectify. A few little minor issues such as loose toilet roll holders but nothing that affected our stay and nothing other than wear and tear. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to link fire stick to tv without problems. Lots of useful info leaflets provided. We used the ‘bread in bed’ service which was great- pastries and bed delivered to the door each morning. A short 10-15 min walk up into the village using the pedestrian lift and was ski in/out straight onto the bettex slope. There valleys ski area -simply amazing! Ski locker ample size though a bench would be useful in ski storage area. We would definitely stay here again of travelling as same number and would reccomend.

Fijn groot appartement voor 6 personen aan de piste met een lekker balkon. Beetje schuine daken in het appartement maar dat wisten we van te voren. Alles was goed geregeld verder. Paar kleine mankementjes aan de douche en het bed maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken en konden we zelf verhelpen. Verder was alles aanwezig en zijn we zeer tevreden.

Problemloser Skiurlaub

Gut gelegenes Appartment fĂŒr einen schönen Skiurlaub, alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist jedoch fĂŒr die Nutzung deutlich kleiner als angegeben, da viel schrĂ€ge DachflĂ€che mit niedrigem Stockmass.

We hebben een hele fijne skivakantie gehad. We hebben alleen bij aankomst de vaatwasser nog schoon moeten maken. De doperwten en andere etensresten lagen nog op de de bodem en de zeef was ronduit smerig. Op 1 slaapkamer was het prullenbakje niet geleegd. En het hoeslaken voor het 160 bed was te klein. Maar verder was het top

A lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is very spacious despite the sloping ceilings, which are apparent from the pictures. The apartment is well equipped, although no towels are provided. (Sheets are, however, and the beds were made up on our arrival.) The apartment is very well located for skiing, on the Bettex piste. There is a restaurant nearby which also does takeaway pizza. A couple of supermarkets are in walking distance, and there is a bread delivery service, although we didn’t use it. We arrived late, and the agency was very helpful in arranging late pickup of the keys. It is a bit of a trek to walk into Les Menuires, itself, but a short drive. It is good to have undercover parking, although there is also plenty of unreserved parking, as well. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Globalement pas mal

Appartement confortable mais qui prĂ©sente des petits inconvĂ©nients. 3 chambres , 3 sdb 3wc c’est super mais1 chambre est vraiment trĂšs basse de plafond (pas pour les claustrophobes) et 2 sdb exigĂŒes tant en largeur qu’en hauteur sous plafond. Pas de cafetiĂšre traditionnelle et pas de banc au niveau des casiers Ă  skis.

Ruim en compleet uitgerust appartement direct aan de piste.

We hebben een fantastisch skiweekje gehad. Alles klopte in deze week. Mooi en open weer, een beetje verse sneeuw, een goed appartement en direct aan de piste. Het appartement was lekker compleet en voorzien van 3 aparte slaapkamers met 3 badkamers. De Loopruimte in de slaapkamers is beperkt omdat deze onder een schuin dak zijn aangebracht. Maar dat is dan ook het enige waar we een opmerking over kunnen maken. De woonkamer/ keuken is zeer ruim met living en aparte eettafel waar je makkelijk met 8 personen kunt zitten. Wij waren er met zes volwassenen en hebben er ons goed vermaakt.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment.

2 families together had a brilliant week here. Really pretty and exceptionally well appointed apartment. Kitchen facilities were brilliant- even a nespresso machine! Really close to piste - so easy at start and end of stay. Only thing we would have liked that wasn't there, was a bench for booting up in the morning!

Nice place with the superb views but very low ceiling

7 adults have stayed in this apartment on the third floor and we did enjoy the place and sunbathing in the balcony. However, there were few things we did not know before coming. Firstly, the ceiling is very low and sloped in most places of the apartment so all of us adults managed to bang our heads at least once a day when getting up from the sofa or working in the kitchen. In one bedrooom you could only stand straight only when you enter or stand under the sky window but in order to move around you have to bend your back all the time. next,I found it a bit difficult to communicate with the agency who is renting this apartment on behave of the owner. It might be the language barrier as i was writing in English but it feels that they have not prepared any kind of welcome pack where they would say how to get to th place, check -in and check out times, where to leave keys, when the deposit will be returned, wifi code and so on. I had to ask all these questions and confirm addresses via email which takes time and makes preparation on going on a holiday a bit more harder. Lastly, the nearest ski slope is really 50 m away from the house BUT because we were there in early April there was no snow on the lower slopes thus we had to walk for 5-10 minutes to the nearest working slope to get to the lift in the morning and get back in the afternoon from the centre of the Menuires. And as you know walking in ski boots on the grass or roads is no fun. Lastly, there were no kitchen or bath towels which I think is unusual but to be fair the owner told be about the bath towels not being offered at the time of booking. I have just forgot to tell that to my family before holiday thus we ended coming to the place with no towels. The interaction with the owner who responds to messages on Homeaway was nice and easy and I just think that they should prepare a welcome pack in English to answer all the possible questions people have when they come to the new place. it would be so much easier on both sides.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L' appartement est parfait , avec un evue magnifique sur les montagnes L'appartement est grand pour accueillir 7 personnes , rien ne manque au niveau des chambres et de la cuisine . Le vaste séjour permet de se réunir en famille . L'accueil est excellent , nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cet appartement trés bien situé à coté des pistes .

A beautiful apartment next to the piste

The apartment comprises the top floor of a block. The floor area is huge but not all of it is usable due to the slope of the roof. It has a spacious feel and made for a very enjoyable stay. It was very clean and tastefully adorned with ornaments. We communicated with the owner by email and I found her to be a charming person to deal with as was the agent where we collected the keys. The living area is open plan comprising a generous lounge with comfortable seating for seven of us to watch TV and chat. There is a dining table with seating for 8 and a well equipped kitchen comprising an oven, electric hob, separate integrated fridge, freezer and dish washer. There are plenty of knives, chopping boards, plates and cutlery and of course a cork screw. The worktop space is adequate The glasses and plates are all beautiful giving a feeling of luxury. The only thing I missed was a microwave but I quickly learned to manage without it. There is a music system which we didn't use and a TV which gets its signal from the include Wi-Fi. Outside there is a large balcony equipped for outside dining. The views over the valley are spectacular. We had to adjust the curtain a little because we were scared that it would tear when the door was opened. The two double bedrooms are en-suite and very comfortable although I found the mattress a little soft for my taste. The third bedroom has a double bed and one single. The ceiling is very low due to the pitch of the roof making the room feel claustrophobic. There is a family bathroom with a washing machine and also a family toilet meaning that there are three toilets and bathrooms. There is a ski locker in the basement. We felt that the entrance to the block would have benefitted from a bench to sit on while putting boots on. Outside there is car parking but when we stayed in the February half term holiday it was full. Being seven of us we had to bring two vehicles, one of which we parked in the allocated covered parking space which is several hundred metres away. After some searching I managed to park the other one nearby but as everybody arrives on Saturday unloading was difficult. The piste is 10 metres away and leads to the biggest ski area in the world, supermarket is close by although uphill. Ski hire is 100 metres away, a couple of restaurants are within walking distance; we ate at Le Ruade which was very pleasant. You can get to town by walking to the Preyrand pedestrian lift. or the free shuttle bus.
