Whether you require a seamless connection for business purposes or to share your breathtaking photos, our complimentary high-speed Starlink internet will keep you linked at all times. Enjoy blazing speeds averaging 200 mbps, allowing you to browse, stream, and connect with ease during your stay.KITCHEN-The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a hearty meal for your group. The cupboards and cabinets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There's bar seating in the kitchen or you can enjoy your meal around the table in the dining area. LAUNDRY-Guests have access to a the washer and dryer that are located in the upstairs bedroom/game room. Laundry soap is provided.BEDROOMS-1 bedroom on the main floor with a king bed.-Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed-Upstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a twin xl bed on the top bunk. The laundry area is in this room. You will also find a ping pong table here if you are up for challenging your friends or family!BATHROOMS-1 full bathroom on the main floor -1 full bathroom on the 2nd floorOUTDOORS-There is a gas grill on the deck as well as extra firewood for the fireplace-A hot tub was added in June 2025!*Please note that pets are not allowed due to allergy issues. This is not negotiable.This home is located at the end of a court in a quiet subdivision at Georgetown Lake. You'll enjoy privacy as the house sits on 2 acres with a good distance between neighbors. Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Hill are right down the road. There's a multitude of options for hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and 4 wheeling in the area as well. It is located between Philipsburg and Anaconda so you're only 20 minutes away from a gas station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. There are 2 restaurants located just minutes away from the property as well.Note* This is one of the easier homes to access at Georgetown Lake in the winter.
