Spacious and elegantly decorated, this condo is ready to be your base during your trip to Destin. Enjoy lovely beach views and private access - just 130 steps to the sand! You can rinse off in the shared outdoor shower before returning to enjoy the central air-conditioning. Take in some fresh air on your private balcony with a glass of wine while your swimsuit and towels go through a cycle in the private washer/dryer. Or if you're feeling like something more substantial, the full kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal or simple beach snacks. Bring your meat or veggies to the shared grills if you'd like an extra char or sear.

You can also enjoy a shared heated pool, fitness room, and tennis courts. Seasonal beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella.

The condo is in a perfect location to experience everything Destin offers, including the beautiful beach. Don't forget to stop at Louisiana Lagniappe for some lobster rangoon once you arrive! For a different type of beach experience, Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe just under three miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just three miles from the home, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

Things to Know
This vacation rental is located in a construction zone. During working hours, noise will be audible and personnel will be around the complex. Certain amenities, like balconies and parking structures, may be closed or impacted during your stay. The project is slated to conclude in mid-April 2024.

Family vacation

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. My only suggestion would be to stock some heavier blankets. The blankets on the bed are paper thin. Our group enjoyed our stay!

the loud noise from the air conditioning unit and hole in the ceiling where light was in bathroom

the pictures on the internet was totally misleading and had we known they were renovating the entire place, we would have stayed somewhere else, workers were painting outside our condo every time we passed, elevator went out and the carpet in elevator was old and raggedy and pictures leading to the room were just old and paint and tape was all over the stairwell and outside i have pictures of building that was decayed and molded and they were trying to repair; the ocean view what was shown on the site was not true, it was around the other side of the street- ; the balcony with large table was nasty and rug there was molded and torn up and we could never go enjoy it, because it was too bad- i would never recommend this place to anyone and would like a refund back

Beautiful Condo/great location

We loved the condo, however, they were doing construction and it was hard to get in and out of our room. They were painting the hall, and there was paint all over the floors no way to get around w/o getting all over feet! The workers had to get off their ladders to let us by. Other than the mess of construction it’s a nice condo! I would defiantly go back after construction is finished.

Alert to the Owner

Dear Owner, Your property management company is terrible and you should change. Your unit is beautifully remodeled however it was not the cleanest when we arrived. The description of the work being done on the property does not come close to how much work is actually going on. Every building and every floor is being worked on. I can’t wait to see when done but be honest with renters because when you arrive is disappointing. Vacasa you need work on your customer service!
