Summary:
This 3 BR, 2 BA private beach house, located in Sandpiper Cove Resort, is only a 4 minute walk to 1100 feet of private beach! Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig, as well as, washer and dryer in the unit, this beach house is the perfect getaway for the whole family! Also included is private parking for 2 vehicles with spaces for additional parking nearby, and 2 furnished private outdoor spaces!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house except for the owner's closet in the master bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Gated access with 24 hour security on site.

Other Things to Note:
Please make sure at least one adult in your group is 25 years of age or older (as long as those guest that are under the age of 25 are family members). Otherwise, if the guests are not family they must all be 25 years or older. This is a policy of the condo association. They may make exceptions so let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!

If you need any additional supplies, there is a Target and Winn-Dixie just across the road from our condo complex!
